Answer capsule

The November 2026 ERP Software benchmark compares 10 companies across 581 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. NetSuite leads with 405 recommendations (69.71% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 430 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count answers a different question from how often a company appeared at all, and different again from where it was placed within a recommendation. A company can be widely mentioned yet rarely endorsed, or endorsed often but seldom ranked near the top.

Ties require equal recommendation counts, so adjacent rows with similar totals should be read as close rather than clearly separated. Placement figures are nested inside recommendations, not additional wins. Framing describes wording only, not customer sentiment or company quality.

430 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 1987, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every included answer mentioned at least one tracked company, so mention coverage is complete by construction and says nothing about relative standing. Recommendation coverage is narrower: most answers endorsed at least one tracked company, while a meaningful minority endorsed none.

Because one answer can recommend several companies, company-level recommendation totals exceed the number of answers recommending anyone. Overlapping coverage therefore reflects shared answers, not market dominance. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

NetSuite ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 569 (97.93%); recommendations: 405 (69.71%). Top 3 placements: 201 (34.60%); first-place placements: 80 (13.77%).

Wording about the company: 448 positive, 121 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 71.2%. The net framing score was 0.79 (defined in Methodology).

164 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 49.63% were Top 3 and 19.75% were first-place.

NetSuite leads on recommendation count, but its mentions are more frequent than its endorsements: a substantial share of answers naming it recorded no recommendation. Mention presence and affirmative endorsement are separate measurements, and the gap between them is part of the result rather than a shortfall to explain.

Wording about NetSuite was overwhelmingly positive or neutral, with no negative mentions recorded. That framing describes the selected answers, not customer opinion, and does not establish why some mentions lacked endorsement.

Placement figures are subsets of recommendations, not separate victories. A first-place result is also a shortlist result and a recommendation, so these counts should never be summed. The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides endorsements by appearances and describes answer wording, not conversion or sales.

Ratios vary widely across companies, and several rest on small recommendation bases where a single answer moves the percentage noticeably. Those strong ratios deserve cautious reading. Placement shares use the full answer total as denominator, so they are not directly comparable to ratios built on mentions.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. No negative mentions were recorded for any tracked company this month, so differences sit between positive and neutral wording rather than between praise and criticism.

A high neutral share means a company was named without evaluative language, not that it was judged poorly. Framing describes wording only; it is not customer sentiment or product quality, and it does not establish why endorsements occurred. Neutral wording can accompany an endorsement or appear without one, and the classification does not explain which occurred.

Company results in detail

NetSuite

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about NetSuite mentions, recommendations and placement?

NetSuite ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 569 (97.93%); recommendations: 405 (69.71%). Top 3 placements: 201 (34.60%); first-place placements: 80 (13.77%).

Wording about the company: 448 positive, 121 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 71.2%. The net framing score was 0.79 (defined in Methodology).

164 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 49.63% were Top 3 and 19.75% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

NetSuite tops the recommendation count and appears in nearly every included answer, giving it the broadest reach in this sample. Its endorsements are frequent but not universal: a sizeable portion of mentions carried no recommendation, and its recommendation-to-mention ratio sits mid-pack among tracked companies.

Wording was positive or neutral with nothing negative recorded. Roughly half its recommendations landed in the top three, and a smaller share took first place. No prior-period comparison is available.

Acumatica

Questions This Section Answers

Acumatica ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 472 (81.24%); recommendations: 356 (61.27%). Top 3 placements: 76 (13.08%); first-place placements: 12 (2.07%).

Wording about the company: 395 positive, 77 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 75.4%. The net framing score was 0.84 (defined in Methodology).

116 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 21.35% were Top 3 and 3.37% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Acumatica holds second place by recommendation count, with strong reach and a recommendation-to-mention ratio slightly above NetSuite's. Its endorsements are relatively broad across the answers that name it.

Placement is where its profile differs: top-three and first-place results form a modest fraction of its recommendations, so endorsement rarely translated into leading position in these answers. Framing was largely positive with no negatives. No prior-period comparison is available.

Epicor

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Epicor mentions, recommendations and placement?

Epicor ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 457 (78.66%); recommendations: 320 (55.08%). Top 3 placements: 69 (11.88%); first-place placements: 21 (3.61%).

Wording about the company: 367 positive, 90 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 70.0%. The net framing score was 0.80 (defined in Methodology).

137 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 21.56% were Top 3 and 6.56% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Epicor ranks third on recommendations, close behind Acumatica, with similar reach and a comparable endorsement rate per mention. Its framing is predominantly positive, with a modest neutral remainder and no negative mentions.

Its placements are limited relative to its recommendation volume, though first-place results are somewhat more frequent within its recommendations than Acumatica's. The profile reads as widely endorsed but seldom placed at the very top. No prior-period comparison is available.

Infor

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Infor mentions, recommendations and placement?

Infor ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 461 (79.35%); recommendations: 319 (54.91%). Top 3 placements: 48 (8.26%); first-place placements: 6 (1.03%).

Wording about the company: 360 positive, 101 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 69.2%. The net framing score was 0.78 (defined in Methodology).

142 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 15.05% were Top 3 and 1.88% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Infor sits just below Epicor in recommendation count, effectively level with it on reach and endorsement rate. Its distinctive feature is placement: top-three and first-place results are the sparsest among the leading group relative to its recommendation volume.

Framing is mostly positive with a moderate neutral share and no negatives. The profile suggests frequent endorsement without prominent positioning in these answers. No prior-period comparison is available.

Oracle ERP Cloud

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Oracle ERP Cloud mentions, recommendations and placement?

Oracle ERP Cloud ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 370 (63.68%); recommendations: 217 (37.35%). Top 3 placements: 140 (24.10%); first-place placements: 16 (2.75%).

Wording about the company: 253 positive, 117 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 58.6%. The net framing score was 0.68 (defined in Methodology).

153 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 64.52% were Top 3 and 7.37% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Oracle ERP Cloud ranks fifth, with reach and endorsement rate clearly below the four leaders. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio is the lowest among that upper group, meaning a larger share of its appearances carried no endorsement.

Placement is unusually concentrated: a high proportion of its recommendations were top-three, far above its peers' shares, though first-place results remain limited. Framing was positive more often than neutral, with no negatives. No prior-period comparison is available.

Workday Recruiting

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Workday Recruiting mentions, recommendations and placement?

Workday Recruiting ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 181 (31.15%); recommendations: 123 (21.17%). Top 3 placements: 22 (3.79%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 143 positive, 38 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 68.0%. The net framing score was 0.79 (defined in Methodology).

58 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 17.89% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Workday Recruiting ranks sixth, appearing in roughly a third of answers and endorsed in about a fifth. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio is comparable to the leading group, so when named it was often endorsed.

Placement is thin: top-three results are a small fraction of its recommendations, and no first-place placements were recorded. That zero is a measured result, not missing data. Framing was mostly positive with no negatives. No prior-period comparison is available.

SAP Ariba

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about SAP Ariba mentions, recommendations and placement?

SAP Ariba ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 514 (88.47%); recommendations: 101 (17.38%). Top 3 placements: 74 (12.74%); first-place placements: 53 (9.12%).

Wording about the company: 103 positive, 411 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 19.6%. The net framing score was 0.20 (defined in Methodology).

413 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 73.27% were Top 3 and 52.48% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

SAP Ariba presents a striking split: it appears in most answers but is endorsed in only a small share of them, giving it the lowest recommendation-to-mention ratio among the higher-reach companies. Most of its mentions carried neutral wording rather than positive.

Among the recommendations it did receive, top-three and first-place shares were high, so endorsement, when recorded, often came with prominent positioning. Framing is not sentiment, and the pattern does not explain why endorsements were scarce. No prior-period comparison is available.

SYSPRO

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about SYSPRO mentions, recommendations and placement?

SYSPRO ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 97 (16.70%); recommendations: 83 (14.29%). Top 3 placements: 3 (0.52%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 87 positive, 10 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 85.6%. The net framing score was 0.90 (defined in Methodology).

14 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 3.61% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

SYSPRO has the narrowest reach among the mid-table companies, appearing in a modest share of answers, yet it records the highest recommendation-to-mention ratio in the set: most mentions came with an endorsement. That ratio rests on a comparatively small mention base and should be read with that in mind.

Placement is minimal, with very few top-three results and no first-place placements. Framing was almost entirely positive. No prior-period comparison is available.

Sage Construction Management

Questions This Section Answers

Sage Construction Management ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 222 (38.21%); recommendations: 50 (8.61%). Top 3 placements: 6 (1.03%); first-place placements: 1 (0.17%).

Wording about the company: 53 positive, 169 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 22.5%. The net framing score was 0.24 (defined in Methodology).

172 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 12.00% were Top 3 and 2.00% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Sage Construction Management ranks ninth, named in over a third of answers but endorsed in fewer than one in ten. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio is low, reflecting frequent neutral wording around its appearances.

Placement counts are correspondingly small, with a handful of top-three results and a single first-place placement. Those sparse bases make percentage shares unstable and best read alongside the raw counts. No negative mentions were recorded. No prior-period comparison is available.

Microsoft Power Apps

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Microsoft Power Apps mentions, recommendations and placement?

Microsoft Power Apps ranks 10 by recommendation count. Mentions: 480 (82.62%); recommendations: 13 (2.24%). Top 3 placements: 10 (1.72%); first-place placements: 4 (0.69%).

Wording about the company: 13 positive, 467 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 2.7%. The net framing score was 0.03 (defined in Methodology).

467 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.92% were Top 3 and 30.77% were first-place.

There are insufficient usable monthly observations for a prior-period comparison.

Microsoft Power Apps appears in most answers but is almost never endorsed, producing the lowest recommendation-to-mention ratio in the set by a wide margin. Nearly all its mentions carried neutral wording, and positive framing was rare.

Its recommendation count is small, and placement figures are correspondingly tiny; the high top-three and first-place shares within that small base are unstable and should not be over-read. The zero-level pattern is a measured result, not a missing observation. No prior-period comparison is available.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

Only one reporting month carries verified results, so this report offers no earlier snapshot to compare against. The printed history shows a single month's counts and rates, not a trend, and earlier months measured different company sets and are excluded.

Counts and rates describe different things: a count records how many endorsements appeared, while a rate places that count against the full answer total. Each monthly sample stands alone, so reading counts and rates together avoids treating a large count as a high rate or vice versa.

What the November Rankings Show

These measures answer distinct questions. Reach asks how often a company appeared; recommendation asks whether that appearance carried affirmative endorsement; placement asks where an endorsed company sat within the recommendation; framing asks how the wording read. A company can excel on one and lag on another, as the split profiles of SAP Ariba and Microsoft Power Apps illustrate.

Because placements nest inside recommendations and answers can name several companies, totals overlap and should not be combined. Framing is wording, not sentiment, and ratios describe recorded answers rather than customers or sales. The single-month sample supports description, not explanation of why patterns arose.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

July 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. August 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. September 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. October 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Findings apply only to the included answer set, drawn from several AI services for one reporting month; exact collection dates are unverified. Each company counts at most once per answer, and a recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Top-three and first-place results are contained within recommendations.

Rates use the full benchmark answer total, while recommendation-to-mention ratios use mentions as their base. Net framing runs from negative to positive and measures wording, not satisfaction or quality. One answer may name several companies, so company totals overlap. The results describe AI answers reviewed, not verified product facts, and do not establish why any pattern occurred.
