How much does LLM Authority Index cost?
Free costs $0. Starter costs $200/month and covers 3 buying moments. Pro costs $500/month and covers all 10 buying moments, 100 high-intent prompts and 8 AI platforms. Enterprise is priced to scope. If you'd rather have us do the work, Done-for-you starts at $1,500/month with everything in Pro included. Prices are in USD, billed monthly through Stripe, month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade inside the dashboard at any time. Your history carries over.
Is there a contract?
No. Standard plans are month to month. Cancel anytime.
Who bills me?
3D Chess Media LLC, the parent company of LLM Authority Index, bills every plan monthly through Stripe.
What if my team can't make the fixes?
Most fixes are content, PR or page updates your team or agency already does, and each one tells them exactly what to change. If you'd rather hand them off, switch to Done-for-you and our team does them: 10, 20 or 30 deliverables a month from $1,500, everything in Pro included. Select the fixes in your dashboard and click "Have us do these". Each fix counts as one deliverable.
What counts as a deliverable?
One finished piece of work: a page fixed, a new page or topic published, a technical SEO issue resolved, a correction request sent, or a post from your official accounts. Each fix on your list counts as one. Third-party publications, paid placements, research studies, video, website builds and new markets are quoted separately.
Can I track more than one company?
Each plan covers one company and its competitors. Agencies put each client brand on its own plan; for a larger portfolio, see Enterprise.
How often is the data refreshed?
Monthly, using the same questions and rules, so changes from month to month are real.
Why pay when cheaper trackers exist?
Trackers tell you where you appear, often on prompts no buyer would type before purchasing. You're paying for high-intent questions only, the diagnosis and the fix list: what's wrong, why, and what to do first.
Can I share the reports with my agency?
Yes. On Pro and Enterprise you can export your data as CSV and share it with your agency or leadership. Many teams use it as an independent scorecard for their agency or in-house team.
Do I need to talk to sales to buy?
No. Free, Starter and Pro are self-serve: pick a plan, pay by card and your first report arrives within 48 hours. Email us only for Enterprise or data plans.
Does paying for Done-for-you affect public rankings?
No. Public indexes use the same prompts and the same scoring for every brand, client or not, and nobody edits results by hand. Done-for-you improves your pages and the sources AI reads. The index then measures the result the same way it measures everyone else. Read our independence policy.
Are LLM Authority Index and CiteWorks Studio the same company?
They're sister companies under 3D Chess Media LLC, run by the same team. LLM Authority Index measures how AI describes brands; CiteWorks Studio does the work that changes it. You only ever deal with the one you signed up with: one plan, one login, one invoice.
