Answer capsule

The November 2026 Mesothelioma Lawyers benchmark compares 10 companies across 201 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Simmons Hanly Conroy leads with 167 recommendations (83.08% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 184 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, so it measures recorded endorsement volume rather than overall visibility. A company can appear often yet be recommended less often, and placement counts sit inside recommendations rather than beside them. Ties should be read as equal recommendation counts, not as shared or split credit.

184 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 409, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, and most recommended more than one, so coverage overlaps heavily across firms. That overlap means company totals cannot be summed into a market share. The answers with no tracked recommendation may still have named firms outside this comparison, so the gap is not evidence of an empty answer.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Simmons Hanly Conroy ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 182 (90.55%); recommendations: 167 (83.08%). Top 3 placements: 145 (72.14%); first-place placements: 93 (46.27%).

Wording about the company: 171 positive, 11 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 91.8%. The net framing score was 0.94 (defined in Methodology).

15 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 86.83% were Top 3 and 55.69% were first-place.

Mention and recommendation answer different questions: appearance versus affirmative endorsement. Simmons Hanly Conroy was mentioned in nearly every answer and recommended in most, with a small remainder of mentions carrying no endorsement. Its placements are subsets of those recommendations, so first-place counts should not be read as separate wins or as consumer choices.

Placement describes where a recommended company sat in the answer's ordering, and both shortlist and first-place counts are nested within recommendations. Ratios of recommendations to mentions vary widely across firms, and a high ratio on a small base is less stable than the same ratio on a large one. These are answer positions, not conversion outcomes.

Framing records the wording attached to each mention, not reputation or customer sentiment. Most mentions here were classified positive, with neutral wording concentrated in a few firms and no negative wording recorded. Neutral phrasing does not show why a company was or was not recommended, and positive wording does not establish company quality.

Questions This Section Answers

Weitzlux ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 91 (45.27%); recommendations: 85 (42.29%). Top 3 placements: 78 (38.81%); first-place placements: 17 (8.46%).

Shrader & Associates ranks third on recommendations but shows a notably lower recommendation-to-mention ratio than the firms above it, with a substantial share of neutral wording. Its placements are mostly shortlist rather than first-place. The prior-month comparison records higher counts and rate, but the changed sample does not explain that movement.

Cooney & Conway

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Cooney & Conway mentions, recommendations and placement?

Cooney & Conway ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 38 (18.91%); recommendations: 36 (17.91%). Top 3 placements: 25 (12.44%); first-place placements: 9 (4.48%).

Wording about the company: 36 positive, 2 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 94.7%. The net framing score was 0.95 (defined in Methodology).

Cooney & Conway pairs a modest mention count with a very high recommendation-to-mention ratio, meaning most appearances carried an endorsement. Its placements lean toward shortlist positions, with fewer first-place appearances. Wording was nearly all positive. The prior-month comparison shows counts and rate higher, on a different answer sample.

Sokolove Law

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Sokolove Law mentions, recommendations and placement?

Sokolove Law ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 50 (24.88%); recommendations: 23 (11.44%). Top 3 placements: 15 (7.46%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 23 positive, 27 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 46.0%. The net framing score was 0.46 (defined in Methodology).

27 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 65.22% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Sokolove Law's mention count fell from 62 to 50, while its recommendation count fell from 39 to 23. The recommendation rate was 20.86% and 11.44% respectively.

Sokolove Law is the clearest case of reach without endorsement: it was mentioned fairly often but recommended in fewer than half of those mentions, and neutral wording was unusually common. No first-place placements were recorded. Both counts and the recommendation rate were lower than in the prior month's separate sample, which does not establish a cause.

Nemeroff Law

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Nemeroff Law mentions, recommendations and placement?

Nemeroff Law ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 23 (11.44%); recommendations: 21 (10.45%). Top 3 placements: 16 (7.96%); first-place placements: 5 (2.49%).

Wording about the company: 21 positive, 2 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 91.3%. The net framing score was 0.91 (defined in Methodology).

2 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.19% were Top 3 and 23.81% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Nemeroff Law's mention count rose from 9 to 23, while its recommendation count rose from 8 to 21. The recommendation rate was 4.28% and 10.45% respectively.

Nemeroff Law combines a small mention base with a high recommendation-to-mention ratio, so most appearances were affirmative. Its placements are mostly shortlist, with a minority at first place, and wording was largely positive. The prior-month comparison records higher counts and rate, but the small bases make those movements sensitive to individual answers.

Kazan McClain

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Kazan McClain mentions, recommendations and placement?

Kazan McClain ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 24 (11.94%); recommendations: 17 (8.46%). Top 3 placements: 9 (4.48%); first-place placements: 3 (1.49%).

Wording about the company: 17 positive, 7 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 70.8%. The net framing score was 0.71 (defined in Methodology).

From October 2026 to November 2026, Kazan McClain's mention count rose from 14 to 24, while its recommendation count rose from 12 to 17. The recommendation rate was 6.42% and 8.46% respectively.

Kazan McClain was mentioned somewhat more often than it was recommended, and a meaningful share of its mentions carried neutral wording. Its placements are predominantly shortlist rather than first-place. The prior-month comparison shows counts and rate higher, though the changed sample and modest totals limit what that comparison can support.

Belluck & Fox

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Belluck & Fox mentions, recommendations and placement?

Belluck & Fox ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 15 (7.46%); recommendations: 15 (7.46%). Top 3 placements: 7 (3.48%); first-place placements: 1 (0.50%).

Wording about the company: 15 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 46.67% were Top 3 and 6.67% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Belluck & Fox's mention count rose from 7 to 15, while its recommendation count rose from 7 to 15. The recommendation rate was 3.74% and 7.46% respectively.

Belluck & Fox was recommended in every answer that mentioned it, giving a complete recommendation-to-mention ratio on a small base. Placements are mostly shortlist, with a single first-place appearance. All recorded wording was positive. The prior-month comparison shows both counts and rate higher, but the totals remain small enough that single answers matter.

Goldberg Persky White

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Goldberg Persky White mentions, recommendations and placement?

Goldberg Persky White ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 6 (2.99%); recommendations: 6 (2.99%). Top 3 placements: 6 (2.99%); first-place placements: 2 (1.00%).

Wording about the company: 6 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 100.00% were Top 3 and 33.33% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Goldberg Persky White's mention count rose from 3 to 6, while its recommendation count rose from 3 to 6. The recommendation rate was 1.60% and 2.99% respectively.

Goldberg Persky White appears in only a handful of answers, and each mention carried a recommendation and positive wording. All of its recommendations were shortlist placements, with a minority at first place. The prior-month comparison records higher counts and rate, but the base is too small for stable inference.

Galiher DeRobertis

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Galiher DeRobertis mentions, recommendations and placement?

Galiher DeRobertis ranks 10 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (1.00%); recommendations: 2 (1.00%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.50%); first-place placements: 1 (0.50%).

Wording about the company: 2 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 50.00% were Top 3 and 50.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Galiher DeRobertis' mention count fell from 3 to 2, while its recommendation count fell from 3 to 2. The recommendation rate was 1.60% and 1.00% respectively.

Galiher DeRobertis has the sparsest profile in the set, with very few mentions, all recommended and positively worded. Its placements split between shortlist and first place on a tiny base. The prior-month comparison records slightly lower counts and rate, and the small totals make any month-to-month reading fragile.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The two monthly snapshots come from separate answer samples with different totals, so rank and rate movements describe recorded results rather than verified stability. Several firms changed position between months, and one recorded lower counts. These comparisons show what was recorded; they do not establish why anything changed or that sampling differences produced the shifts.

What the November Rankings Show

Reach, recommendation, placement and framing answer separate questions: whether a firm appeared, whether the answer endorsed it, where it sat in the ordering, and how it was described. A firm can be visible without endorsement, endorsed without top placement, or positively worded without recommendation. Reading the measures together gives a fuller picture than the recommendation ranking alone, while none of them establishes cause or company quality.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Mesothelioma Lawyers AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 2 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 1 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

Answers marked reserved (screening label)

40

209

Answer observations marked as mentioning a brand

281

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

July 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. August 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. September 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Coverage is partial: only some planned question categories contributed usable answers, and the collection dates are unverified. Each company counts at most once per answer, and placement counts are nested within recommendations. Rates use the full benchmark answer total, and the recommendation-to-mention ratio describes answer wording, not customers or sales. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without explaining it.
