Answer capsule

The November 2026 Birth Injury Lawyers benchmark compares 9 companies across 47 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Levin & Perconti leads with 16 recommendations (34.04% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 21 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count is not the same as reach: a company can appear in many answers without being endorsed, so mention totals and recommendation totals answer different questions. Ties reflect equal recommendation counts, not equal visibility or equal placement.

Placement measures where a recommended company appeared in the answer's ordering. First-place placements sit inside shortlist placements, which sit inside recommendations, so these figures should be read as nested subsets rather than separate wins. Framing describes the wording used, not the reason a recommendation was or was not recorded.

21 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 21, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every included answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but fewer than half recommended one. That gap is the central distinction in this section: appearing in an answer is a weaker event than receiving an affirmative endorsement, and the two should not be read as interchangeable measures of presence.

No answer recommended more than one tracked company, so company recommendation totals sum to the number of answers with a recommendation. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named firms outside this comparison, so the coverage figures describe this tracked set only.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Levin & Perconti ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 22 (46.81%); recommendations: 16 (34.04%). Top 3 placements: 14 (29.79%); first-place placements: 6 (12.77%).

Wording about the company: 16 positive, 6 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 72.7%. The net framing score was 0.73 (defined in Methodology).

6 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 87.50% were Top 3 and 37.50% were first-place.

Levin & Perconti leads on recommendation count, but its mention total is slightly below Sokolove Law's. The two companies therefore illustrate different profiles: one is endorsed in a larger share of the answers where it appears, while the other appears more widely with fewer endorsements attached.

A high recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on the recorded answers and does not describe clients, sales or conversion. The remaining mentions without a recommendation are part of the measured result, not a missing observation.

Placement describes where a recommended company fell in an answer's ordering. Because shortlist and first-place placements are counted within recommendations, they refine the recommendation picture rather than adding to it. A company with recommendations but no first-place placements still received affirmative endorsements.

Ordering can vary between answers, and the printed counts are the appropriate reference for exact placement shares. Placement is a property of the recorded answer text, not evidence of market position or consumer preference.

Framing classifies the wording attached to each mention as positive, neutral or negative. Most mentions in this sample carried neutral or positive wording, and negative wording was absent. That pattern describes how the tracked companies were discussed in the selected answers, not how customers or the public regard them.

Neutral wording can accompany a mention without an endorsement, so framing and recommendation should be read separately. The classification does not explain why particular wording appeared, and it is not a measure of company quality.

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Levin & Perconti mentions, recommendations and placement?

From October 2026 to November 2026, Levin & Perconti's mention count fell from 25 to 22, while its recommendation count fell from 21 to 16. The recommendation rate was 22.83% and 34.04% respectively.

Levin & Perconti holds the top recommendation count, with mentions somewhat fewer than Sokolove Law's but endorsements considerably more numerous. Most of its mentions also carried a recommendation, and its recorded recommendations were frequently placed near the top of the answer ordering.

Its wording was predominantly positive with no negative mentions recorded. The month-to-month comparison shows both mention and recommendation counts lower than the prior snapshot; the samples differ between months, so the change is reported without an explanation.

Its recorded recommendations were mostly shortlist placements, with no first-place placements. Both mention and recommendation counts were lower than in the prior snapshot; because the monthly samples differ, that comparison does not establish a cause.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The monthly snapshots come from separate selected samples with differing answer totals and AI services covered, so counts and rates are not directly comparable across months. A lower count in one month can reflect which answers were included rather than a change in how a company was discussed.

Rates use each month's own answer total as the denominator, which is why a count and a rate can move in different directions. The history shows recorded results over time; it does not establish rank stability, causation or equivalent sampling.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several distinct questions. Reach asks whether a company appeared at all; recommendation asks whether the answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsed company fell in the ordering; and framing asks how the wording was classified. A company can be strong on one measure and weak on another, as the contrast between the two leading profiles shows.

Because placements are nested within recommendations and framing is independent of endorsement, the measures should not be combined into a single score. The figures describe the reviewed AI answers, not customers, sales or company quality, and the separate monthly samples limit what can be concluded about change over time.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Birth Injury Lawyers AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 2 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 1 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 9 tracked companies. AI services represented: Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

270

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Coverage is partial: only some planned question categories contributed usable answers, and findings apply to the available answer set. The reporting month labels the period, but exact collection dates were not verified, and the AI services covered differ between months.

Each company is counted at most once per answer, and a recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Rates use the full benchmark answer total, with placements nested inside recommendations. The recommendation-to-mention ratio and net framing describe answer wording, not customer conversion, satisfaction or company quality, and the results are not independently verified facts about the companies.
