Answer capsule

The November 2026 Home Health Care benchmark compares 10 companies across 269 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Visiting Angels leads with 200 recommendations (74.35% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 232 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers recommended them, so it measures affirmative endorsement in these AI answers rather than market share or customer preference. A company can appear in an answer without being recommended, and recommendation counts therefore sit below mention counts.

Ties and near-ties deserve care: equal recommendation counts share a rank, and small gaps between adjacent companies should not be read as decisive separation. Placement rates describe where recommendations fell within an answer, not additional endorsements.

232 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 925, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Almost every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, and most recommended at least one. Because a single answer can name several companies, company-level totals overlap and cannot be summed into a market total.

A meaningful minority of answers recommended no tracked company, and those answers may still have named companies outside this comparison. Coverage therefore describes the reach of the tracked set within these answers, not overall market dominance.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Visiting Angels ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 223 (82.90%); recommendations: 200 (74.35%). Top 3 placements: 157 (58.36%); first-place placements: 38 (14.13%).

Wording about the company: 201 positive, 22 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 89.7%. The net framing score was 0.90 (defined in Methodology).

23 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 78.50% were Top 3 and 19.00% were first-place.

Mention and recommendation answer different questions. A mention records that a company appeared in an answer; a recommendation requires affirmative endorsement alongside positive wording. Visiting Angels leads on recommendation count, but its mention total is shared with Home Instead, so the top of the table is not a unique lead on presence.

Most of Visiting Angels' mentions also carried a recommendation, and a smaller share of those recommendations placed the company first.

Placement counts are nested inside recommendations: first-place results are a subset of shortlist placements, which are themselves a subset of recommendations. They should not be added together or read as separate wins.

Recommendation-to-mention ratios vary widely across companies, and the strongest ratios sit on smaller bases where a few answers move the figure noticeably. Placement describes position within an answer, not consumer choice or conversion.

Framing classifies the wording used about a company in the selected answers. Positive and neutral labels describe how the company was discussed, not customer sentiment, satisfaction or company quality, and they do not explain why a recommendation was or was not recorded.

Negative wording was absent across the tracked set this month. Neutral mentions cluster more heavily for some companies, which lowers their net framing score without implying criticism.

Company results in detail

Visiting Angels

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Visiting Angels mentions, recommendations and placement?

From October 2026 to November 2026, Visiting Angels' mention count fell from 265 to 223, while its recommendation count fell from 215 to 200. The recommendation rate was 66.98% and 74.35% respectively.

Visiting Angels leads the recommendation count and shares the highest mention total with Home Instead, so its presence in answers is broad rather than unique. Most of its mentions also carried a recommendation, and a modest share of those recommendations placed it first.

Its wording was overwhelmingly positive with no negative mentions. Compared with the prior month, both mentions and recommendations were lower, while the recommendation rate was higher; the changed sample does not explain that pattern.

Home Instead

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Home Instead mentions, recommendations and placement?

Home Instead ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 223 (82.90%); recommendations: 198 (73.61%). Top 3 placements: 151 (56.13%); first-place placements: 73 (27.14%).

Wording about the company: 199 positive, 24 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 88.8%. The net framing score was 0.89 (defined in Methodology).

25 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.26% were Top 3 and 36.87% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Home Instead's mention count fell from 225 to 223, while its recommendation count rose from 182 to 198. The recommendation rate was 56.70% and 73.61% respectively.

Home Instead sits just behind the leader on recommendation count while matching the highest mention total, giving it very broad presence in these answers. Its distinctive feature is first-place placement: a notably larger share of its recommendations put it first than for any other tracked company.

Wording was almost entirely positive. Mentions were slightly lower than the prior month while recommendations rose, and the recommendation rate increased; the separate samples do not establish why.

Right at Home

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Right at Home mentions, recommendations and placement?

Right at Home ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 191 (71.00%); recommendations: 179 (66.54%). Top 3 placements: 115 (42.75%); first-place placements: 43 (15.99%).

Wording about the company: 180 positive, 11 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 93.7%. The net framing score was 0.94 (defined in Methodology).

12 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 64.25% were Top 3 and 24.02% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Right at Home's mention count rose from 174 to 191, while its recommendation count rose from 145 to 179. The recommendation rate was 45.17% and 66.54% respectively.

Right at Home holds third place on recommendations with a high recommendation-to-mention ratio, meaning most answers that named it also endorsed it. Its first-place share is solid but well below Home Instead's.

Wording was strongly positive with few neutral mentions. Both mentions and recommendations were higher than the prior month, and the recommendation rate rose; the changed sample does not explain the movement.

Comfort Keepers

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Comfort Keepers mentions, recommendations and placement?

Comfort Keepers ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 179 (66.54%); recommendations: 168 (62.45%). Top 3 placements: 95 (35.32%); first-place placements: 19 (7.06%).

Wording about the company: 169 positive, 10 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 93.9%. The net framing score was 0.94 (defined in Methodology).

11 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 56.55% were Top 3 and 11.31% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Comfort Keepers' mention count fell from 208 to 179, while its recommendation count fell from 175 to 168. The recommendation rate was 54.52% and 62.45% respectively.

Comfort Keepers ranks fourth on recommendations and carries one of the highest recommendation-to-mention ratios in the set, so endorsement usually followed a mention. Its first-place share is comparatively small, indicating recommendations more often sat lower in an answer.

Wording was largely positive. Mentions and recommendations were both lower than the prior month while the recommendation rate was higher; these are separate recorded comparisons, not evidence of cause.

BrightStar Care

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about BrightStar Care mentions, recommendations and placement?

BrightStar Care ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 99 (36.80%); recommendations: 91 (33.83%). Top 3 placements: 47 (17.47%); first-place placements: 13 (4.83%).

Wording about the company: 91 positive, 8 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 91.9%. The net framing score was 0.92 (defined in Methodology).

8 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 51.65% were Top 3 and 14.29% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, BrightStar Care's mention count rose from 82 to 99, while its recommendation count rose from 63 to 91. The recommendation rate was 19.63% and 33.83% respectively.

BrightStar Care occupies a middle position, well behind the four leaders on recommendation count but clearly ahead of the remaining companies. Most of its mentions carried a recommendation, and its first-place share is modest.

Wording was predominantly positive. Both mentions and recommendations were higher than the prior month, and the recommendation rate rose; the differing samples do not establish why.

Interim HealthCare

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Interim HealthCare mentions, recommendations and placement?

Interim HealthCare ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 54 (20.07%); recommendations: 45 (16.73%). Top 3 placements: 16 (5.95%); first-place placements: 2 (0.74%).

Wording about the company: 45 positive, 9 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 83.3%. The net framing score was 0.83 (defined in Methodology).

9 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 35.56% were Top 3 and 4.44% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Interim HealthCare's mention count rose from 43 to 54, while its recommendation count rose from 29 to 45. The recommendation rate was 9.03% and 16.73% respectively.

Interim HealthCare ranks sixth, with recommendation counts far below the leading group. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio is lower than most, so a smaller share of mentions became endorsements, and first-place placements were rare.

Wording was mostly positive with a noticeable neutral share. Mentions and recommendations were both higher than the prior month, and the recommendation rate rose; the sample change does not explain the shift.

Amedisys

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Amedisys mentions, recommendations and placement?

Amedisys ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 40 (14.87%); recommendations: 23 (8.55%). Top 3 placements: 15 (5.58%); first-place placements: 7 (2.60%).

Wording about the company: 23 positive, 17 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 57.5%. The net framing score was 0.58 (defined in Methodology).

17 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 65.22% were Top 3 and 30.43% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Amedisys' mention count rose from 36 to 40, while its recommendation count rose from 13 to 23. The recommendation rate was 4.05% and 8.55% respectively.

Amedisys has a comparatively low recommendation-to-mention ratio: many answers named it without endorsing it, and neutral wording was unusually common relative to its positive mentions. Among the recommendations it did receive, a large share were placed in the top three.

Both mentions and recommendations were higher than the prior month, and the recommendation rate rose. The small base means individual answers move these figures noticeably.

BAYADA Home Health Care

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about BAYADA Home Health Care mentions, recommendations and placement?

BAYADA Home Health Care ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 26 (9.67%); recommendations: 18 (6.69%). Top 3 placements: 7 (2.60%); first-place placements: 2 (0.74%).

Wording about the company: 18 positive, 8 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 69.2%. The net framing score was 0.69 (defined in Methodology).

8 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 38.89% were Top 3 and 11.11% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, BAYADA Home Health Care's mention count fell from 28 to 26, while its recommendation count rose from 17 to 18. The recommendation rate was 5.30% and 6.69% respectively.

BAYADA Home Health Care ranks eighth, with a moderate recommendation-to-mention ratio and few first-place placements. Its neutral share of mentions is relatively high, which lowers its net framing score without implying criticism.

Mentions were slightly lower than the prior month while recommendations edged higher, and the recommendation rate rose. With a small base, these movements should be read as recorded comparisons rather than trends.

Addus HomeCare

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Addus HomeCare mentions, recommendations and placement?

Addus HomeCare ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 7 (2.60%); recommendations: 3 (1.12%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 3 positive, 4 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 42.9%. The net framing score was 0.43 (defined in Methodology).

4 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 0.00% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Addus HomeCare's mention count rose from 5 to 7, while its recommendation count rose from 2 to 3. The recommendation rate was 0.62% and 1.12% respectively.

Addus HomeCare has a very small measured presence: few mentions and fewer recommendations, with no top-three or first-place placements recorded. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on a sparse base, so it should be read cautiously.

Wording was mixed between positive and neutral with no negative mentions. Both mentions and recommendations were marginally higher than the prior month; the small counts limit what can be concluded.

Honor

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Honor mentions, recommendations and placement?

Honor ranks 10 by recommendation count. Mentions: 7 (2.60%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 0 positive, 7 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 0.0%. The net framing score was 0.00 (defined in Methodology).

7 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Honor's mention count fell from 8 to 7, while its recommendation count stayed at 0. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 0.00% respectively.

Honor was mentioned in a handful of answers but received no recorded recommendations, so its recommendation count is a measured zero rather than a missing observation. All of its mentions carried neutral wording, and no placements were recorded.

Because there were no recommendations, ratios requiring a recommendation base are undefined. Mentions were slightly lower than the prior month while recommendations stayed at zero; the separate samples do not explain either result.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, and the number of included answers differs across months. Counts and rates should be read together: a rate can rise while a count falls, or the reverse, depending on both the company's results and the sample.

Rank positions across months describe those selected samples only. They do not establish rank stability, equivalent sampling or the reasons for any change.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several distinct questions. Reach asks whether a company appeared in an answer at all; recommendation asks whether that appearance carried affirmative endorsement; placement asks where within an answer an endorsement fell; and framing describes the wording used. Each measure can diverge from the others.

A company with broad presence may still receive endorsements in a smaller share of its mentions, and a recommendation-to-mention ratio resting on a small base warrants caution when read as a strong result. Placement counts are nested within recommendations, so they add detail rather than volume. Framing is not customer sentiment or company quality, and wording alone does not establish why endorsements occurred. The comparisons across months rest on separate samples, so changes are recorded observations rather than evidence of improvement, decline or causation.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Home Health Care AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 2 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 1 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

798

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.
