Answer capsule

The November 2026 AI Chatbots benchmark compares 8 companies across 159 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. WATI leads with 20 recommendations (12.58% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 38 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by recommendation count, meaning the number of reviewed AI answers that affirmatively endorsed each company. This is a narrower measure than mention, which only requires the company to appear. A company can be named often without being recommended, so the two columns answer different questions.

Ties are possible when recommendation counts are equal, and equal counts do not imply equal reach or placement. Top-three and first-place placements are subsets of recommendations, not separate wins. Reading the ranking alone therefore understates how differently companies appear across the answers.

38 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 47, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only a minority recommended one. That gap is the central coverage fact: presence in an answer is common, while affirmative endorsement is comparatively rare. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison.

Because one answer can recommend several companies, company-level recommendation counts exceed the number of answers containing a recommendation. Coverage describes the reviewed answers, not market share or overall prominence among all chatbot providers.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

WATI ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 40 (25.16%); recommendations: 20 (12.58%). Top 3 placements: 12 (7.55%); first-place placements: 7 (4.40%).

Wording about the company: 20 positive, 20 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 50.0%. The net framing score was 0.50 (defined in Methodology).

20 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 60.00% were Top 3 and 35.00% were first-place.

Reach and recommendation diverge sharply for the leading companies. WATI appears in a substantial share of answers and is recommended in roughly half of those appearances, while Yellow.ai is mentioned more often but recommended far less frequently relative to its mentions. Mention volume alone therefore does not predict endorsement.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio describes the recorded answers only. It is not a conversion rate, a customer metric or evidence about why an answer endorsed one company rather than another.

Placement describes where a recommended company sits within an answer's ordering. Top-three and first-place counts are nested inside recommendations, so they should not be added to recommendation totals or read as additional endorsements. A company recommended once can occupy first place once; a company recommended often may still rarely lead.

Haptik illustrates the distinction: its recommendation count is small, but a large share of those recommendations were first-place. Sparse bases make such ratios sensitive, so they are best read alongside the underlying counts rather than in isolation.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. Most mentions across companies were neutral, with positive wording present but no negative wording recorded for any tracked company. Neutral wording is not a negative signal; it simply means the answer did not frame the company affirmatively or critically.

Framing is not customer sentiment, reputation or a judgment of company quality. It also does not explain why recommendations occurred or failed to occur in particular answers.

Company results in detail

WATI

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about WATI mentions, recommendations and placement?

WATI ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 40 (25.16%); recommendations: 20 (12.58%). Top 3 placements: 12 (7.55%); first-place placements: 7 (4.40%).

Wording about the company: 20 positive, 20 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 50.0%. The net framing score was 0.50 (defined in Methodology).

20 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 60.00% were Top 3 and 35.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, WATI's mention count fell from 122 to 40, while its recommendation count fell from 53 to 20. The recommendation rate was 27.89% and 12.58% respectively.

WATI leads on recommendation count and pairs that with the highest mention total among the tracked companies. Its mentions split evenly between positive and neutral wording, and half of its appearances also carried a recommendation, a comparatively strong endorsement-to-mention relationship in this answer set.

Its placements are concentrated near the top of recommendations, with a majority of its recommendations landing in the top three and a substantial share in first place. The prior-month comparison shows lower counts and a lower recommendation rate, but the samples differ and do not establish why.

Yellow.ai

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Yellow.ai mentions, recommendations and placement?

Yellow.ai ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 66 (41.51%); recommendations: 10 (6.29%). Top 3 placements: 6 (3.77%); first-place placements: 5 (3.14%).

Wording about the company: 15 positive, 51 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 15.2%. The net framing score was 0.23 (defined in Methodology).

56 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 60.00% were Top 3 and 50.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Yellow.ai's mention count rose from 46 to 66, while its recommendation count fell from 23 to 10. The recommendation rate was 12.11% and 6.29% respectively.

Yellow.ai is the most-mentioned company in the set, yet its recommendations are far fewer, giving it the lowest recommendation-to-mention ratio among the more visible companies. Most of its mentions were neutral in wording, which fits a pattern of frequent appearance without affirmative endorsement.

When it was recommended, it often placed near the top, including first place. Its mention count rose from the prior month while its recommendation count fell; that recorded comparison does not identify a cause, and the monthly samples are separate.

Interakt

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Interakt mentions, recommendations and placement?

Interakt ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 35 (22.01%); recommendations: 9 (5.66%). Top 3 placements: 4 (2.52%); first-place placements: 1 (0.63%).

Wording about the company: 10 positive, 25 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 25.7%. The net framing score was 0.29 (defined in Methodology).

26 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 44.44% were Top 3 and 11.11% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Interakt's mention count rose from 34 to 35, while its recommendation count fell from 11 to 9. The recommendation rate was 5.79% and 5.66% respectively.

Interakt sits third by recommendation count with a moderate mention base. About a quarter of its mentions also carried a recommendation, and its wording was predominantly neutral with some positive framing and no negative mentions recorded.

Its placements were less top-heavy than the leaders: fewer than half of its recommendations reached the top three and only a small share took first place. The prior-month comparison shows a slightly lower recommendation count against a similar mention total, without establishing why.

Gupshup

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Gupshup mentions, recommendations and placement?

Gupshup ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 22 (13.84%); recommendations: 4 (2.52%). Top 3 placements: 2 (1.26%); first-place placements: 1 (0.63%).

Wording about the company: 5 positive, 17 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 18.2%. The net framing score was 0.23 (defined in Methodology).

18 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 50.00% were Top 3 and 25.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Gupshup's mention count stayed at 22, while its recommendation count fell from 8 to 4. The recommendation rate was 4.21% and 2.52% respectively.

Gupshup holds fourth place with a modest mention base and a recommendation-to-mention ratio below the leaders. Its wording was mostly neutral, with positive framing appearing less often than for the top-ranked companies and no negative mentions recorded.

Placements were split between top-three and first-place results, so its recommendations were not concentrated at the very top. Its mention count held steady from the prior month while recommendations fell; the samples differ, and the comparison alone does not explain the change.

Haptik

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Haptik mentions, recommendations and placement?

Haptik ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 25 (15.72%); recommendations: 3 (1.89%). Top 3 placements: 2 (1.26%); first-place placements: 2 (1.26%).

Wording about the company: 10 positive, 15 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 12.0%. The net framing score was 0.40 (defined in Methodology).

22 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 66.67% were Top 3 and 66.67% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Haptik's mention count rose from 5 to 25, while its recommendation count rose from 0 to 3. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 1.89% respectively.

Haptik ranks fifth by recommendation count but stands out for placement: most of its few recommendations were top-three, and most of those were first-place. That concentration reflects a small recommendation base, so the ratios are sensitive to individual answers and should be read with the counts.

Its mentions were more often positive than neutral, with no negative wording recorded. Its mention and recommendation counts both rose from the prior month, but the earlier base was very small and the samples are separate.

Gallabox

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Gallabox mentions, recommendations and placement?

Gallabox ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (1.26%); recommendations: 1 (0.63%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 1 positive, 1 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 50.0%. The net framing score was 0.50 (defined in Methodology).

1 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 0.00% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Gallabox's mention count fell from 5 to 2, while its recommendation count fell from 3 to 1. The recommendation rate was 1.58% and 0.63% respectively.

Gallabox has a very small footprint in the reviewed answers: a handful of mentions and a single recommendation. Half of its mentions carried a recommendation, but with so few observations that ratio is fragile and should not be read as a stable pattern.

Its single recommendation did not reach the top three or first place. Wording was split between positive and neutral with no negative mentions. Both its mention and recommendation counts were lower than in the prior month, a recorded comparison that does not establish a cause.

Engati

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Engati mentions, recommendations and placement?

Engati ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 1 (0.63%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 0 positive, 1 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 0.0%. The net framing score was 0.00 (defined in Methodology).

1 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Engati's mention count stayed at 1, while its recommendation count fell from 1 to 0. The recommendation rate was 0.53% and 0.00% respectively.

Engati appears in a single reviewed answer and received no recommendation, so its recommendation count is a measured zero rather than a missing observation. Its one mention was neutral in wording, and no placement counts follow because there were no recommendations to place.

Its mention count matched the prior month while its recommendation count fell to zero. With such a small base, month-to-month comparisons are especially limited and do not indicate why the change occurred.

Geta.ai

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Geta.ai mentions, recommendations and placement?

Geta.ai ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 0 (0.00%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 0 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was Unavailable. The net framing score was Unavailable (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Geta.ai's mention count stayed at 0, while its recommendation count stayed at 0. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 0.00% respectively.

Geta.ai recorded no mentions and no recommendations in the reviewed answers, so its placement counts are also zero. These are measured results, not missing data; the only undefined figures are ratios that require a nonzero base, such as recommendation-to-mention.

Its counts matched the prior month at zero. A single month of absence does not establish that the company has never appeared or will not appear in other answer samples.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The monthly snapshots come from separate AI answer samples with differing totals, so counts and rates are not directly comparable across months. A lower count can reflect a smaller sample as well as fewer endorsements, and the two cannot be separated from the printed results alone.

Ranks are shown only for months with verified results. Stability in ordering across months describes the recorded samples and does not establish that rankings are fixed or that sampling conditions were equivalent.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results show that reach, recommendation, placement and framing answer different questions. Mention measures whether a company appeared; recommendation measures affirmative endorsement; placement measures position within endorsements; framing measures the wording around a mention. A company can be highly visible yet rarely endorsed, or rarely mentioned yet strongly placed when endorsed.

These measures describe the reviewed AI answers, not customers, sales or product quality. Recommendation-to-mention ratios and framing scores are properties of answer text, and neutral wording is not a negative judgment. Because monthly samples differ, comparisons across months show recorded change without explaining it.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 AI Chatbots AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 2 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 1 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 8 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

This benchmark covers a partial set of question categories, and findings apply only to the answers included. The reporting month labels the period, but exact collection dates for the original AI answers were not verified. Each company is counted at most once per qualifying answer, and one answer can mention or recommend several companies.

Rates use the full benchmark answer total, and top-three and first-place results are nested within recommendations rather than added to them. Net framing compares positive and negative mentions and does not measure customer satisfaction. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing its cause.
