Answer capsule
The November 2026 Information Technology & Services benchmark compares 8 companies across 586 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Accenture leads with 165 recommendations (28.16% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 234 answers; some answers recommended several companies.
The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, so it measures recorded endorsement rather than general visibility. A company can appear often yet be recommended rarely, and the two readings answer different questions.
Ties reflect equal recommendation counts, not shared placement. Mentions, recommendations, shortlist placements and first-place placements are nested layers, so they should be read separately rather than summed into a single score.

Tracked-company answer coverage
Questions This Section Answers
- How often did the November 2026 Information Technology & Services answer sample recommend any tracked company?
Answer-level result | Qualified answers | Share of qualified answers |
|---|---|---|
At least one tracked company mentioned | 586 | 100.00% |
At least one tracked company recommended | 234 | 39.93% |
No tracked company recommended | 352 | 60.07% |
Multiple tracked companies recommended | 204 | 34.81% |
234 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 519, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.
Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only a minority recommended one. Because a single answer can endorse several companies, company-level recommendation totals exceed the number of answers containing any recommendation.
This overlap means coverage describes how often tracked firms appear across answers, not market share or dominance. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison.
Reach and affirmative recommendation
Accenture ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 477 (81.40%); recommendations: 165 (28.16%). Top 3 placements: 101 (17.24%); first-place placements: 88 (15.02%).
Wording about the company: 209 positive, 268 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 34.6%. The net framing score was 0.44 (defined in Methodology).
312 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 61.21% were Top 3 and 53.33% were first-place.
Mention marks appearance in an answer; recommendation requires an affirmative endorsement. Accenture appeared in most answers but was recommended in a smaller portion, and many mentions carried no recorded recommendation.
That gap is the central distinction here: being named is not the same as being put forward. The recommendation-to-mention ratio describes recorded answer wording, not customer interest or conversion.
Recommendation order and placement
Company | Mentions | Recommendation-to-mention ratio | Top 3 / #1 counts | Positive / neutral / negative mentions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Accenture | 477 | 34.6% | 101 / 88 | 209 / 268 / 0 |
IBM Consulting | 399 | 32.1% | 65 / 6 | 171 / 227 / 1 |
ScienceSoft | 197 | 49.2% | 35 / 14 | 112 / 85 / 0 |
Simform | 141 | 49.6% | 27 / 6 | 82 / 59 / 0 |
Vention | 103 | 49.5% | 15 / 4 | 60 / 43 / 0 |
Fingent | 23 | 34.8% | 4 / 1 | 10 / 13 / 0 |
Coherent Solutions | 2 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 0 / 2 / 0 |
Taazaa Inc | 0 | Unavailable | 0 / 0 | 0 / 0 / 0 |
Placement describes where a recommended company sat in the answer's ordering. Shortlist placements sit inside recommendations, and first-place placements sit inside shortlists, so these are subsets rather than additional wins.
Ratios vary across companies with different mention volumes, and sparse bases make strong ratios less stable. Placement reflects answer position and framing, not consumer preference or purchase behavior.
Classified framing in context
Company | Positive | Neutral | Negative |
|---|---|---|---|
Accenture | 209 | 268 | 0 |
IBM Consulting | 171 | 227 | 1 |
ScienceSoft | 112 | 85 | 0 |
Simform | 82 | 59 | 0 |
Vention | 60 | 43 | 0 |
Fingent | 10 | 13 | 0 |
Coherent Solutions | 0 | 2 | 0 |
Taazaa Inc | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. Most mentions here were neutral or positive, with negative wording rare, and the net framing score summarizes that balance.
Framing is not customer sentiment or a judgment of company quality. Neutral or positive wording does not explain why a recommendation was or was not recorded, and the classification should not be read as reputation.
Company results in detail
Accenture
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Accenture mentions, recommendations and placement?
Accenture ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 477 (81.40%); recommendations: 165 (28.16%). Top 3 placements: 101 (17.24%); first-place placements: 88 (15.02%).
Wording about the company: 209 positive, 268 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 34.6%. The net framing score was 0.44 (defined in Methodology).
312 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 61.21% were Top 3 and 53.33% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Accenture's mention count rose from 450 to 477, while its recommendation count fell from 333 to 165. The recommendation rate was 58.01% and 28.16% respectively.
Accenture leads on recommendation count and appears in the large majority of answers, though most of those mentions carried no recorded recommendation. Its placements are concentrated near the top of recommendation orderings.
The month-to-month comparison shows mentions rising while recommendations fell, so the two measures moved in opposite directions. That recorded shift does not establish why it occurred, and the monthly samples differ.
IBM Consulting
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about IBM Consulting mentions, recommendations and placement?
IBM Consulting ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 399 (68.09%); recommendations: 128 (21.84%). Top 3 placements: 65 (11.09%); first-place placements: 6 (1.02%).
Wording about the company: 171 positive, 227 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 32.1%. The net framing score was 0.43 (defined in Methodology).
271 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 50.78% were Top 3 and 4.69% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, IBM Consulting's mention count rose from 353 to 399, while its recommendation count fell from 267 to 128. The recommendation rate was 46.52% and 21.84% respectively.
IBM Consulting holds the second position by recommendation count, with broad mention reach but a lower share of mentions carrying endorsement. Its first-place placements are notably few relative to its shortlist placements.
Mentions rose while recommendations fell between the two months, and the recommendation rate declined accordingly. The comparison is between separate answer samples and does not identify a cause.
ScienceSoft
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about ScienceSoft mentions, recommendations and placement?
ScienceSoft ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 197 (33.62%); recommendations: 97 (16.55%). Top 3 placements: 35 (5.97%); first-place placements: 14 (2.39%).
Wording about the company: 112 positive, 85 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 49.2%. The net framing score was 0.57 (defined in Methodology).
100 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 36.08% were Top 3 and 14.43% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, ScienceSoft's mention count rose from 195 to 197, while its recommendation count fell from 188 to 97. The recommendation rate was 32.75% and 16.55% respectively.
ScienceSoft appears in a substantial share of recorded AI answers, and roughly half of those mentions also carry an affirmative recommendation. Its shortlist placements are more common than first-place placements, and the wording around it is predominantly positive with no negative mentions recorded.
Between the two selected months, mentions held nearly steady while recommendations fell, so the recommendation rate declined. This is a recorded comparison across separate samples; it does not establish why the change occurred or indicate any intervention's effect.
Simform
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Simform mentions, recommendations and placement?
Simform ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 141 (24.06%); recommendations: 70 (11.95%). Top 3 placements: 27 (4.61%); first-place placements: 6 (1.02%).

71 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 38.57% were Top 3 and 8.57% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Simform's mention count fell from 147 to 141, while its recommendation count fell from 144 to 70. The recommendation rate was 25.09% and 11.95% respectively.
Simform shows a recommendation-to-mention ratio close to ScienceSoft's, suggesting that when it appears it is often endorsed. First-place placements remain a small subset of its shortlist placements, and framing is predominantly positive.
Both mentions and recommendations declined in the recorded comparison, with the rate falling as well. The monthly samples are separate, so the shift is reported without a causal reading.
Vention
Questions This Section Answers

From October 2026 to November 2026, Vention's mention count rose from 101 to 103, while its recommendation count fell from 99 to 51. The recommendation rate was 17.25% and 8.70% respectively.
Vention appears in a modest share of answers but is recommended in roughly half of its mentions, a ratio similar to its peers just above it. Most of its placements are shortlist rather than first-place.
Mentions were essentially stable while recommendations fell by about half, lowering the rate. This is a recorded comparison across differing samples, not evidence of lost standing or a cause.
Fingent
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Fingent mentions, recommendations and placement?
Fingent ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 23 (3.92%); recommendations: 8 (1.37%). Top 3 placements: 4 (0.68%); first-place placements: 1 (0.17%).

From October 2026 to November 2026, Fingent's mention count fell from 36 to 23, while its recommendation count fell from 34 to 8. The recommendation rate was 5.92% and 1.37% respectively.
Fingent has a small answer footprint, so its ratios rest on sparse bases and should be read with caution. Its recommendation-to-mention ratio is moderate, and placements are few, with a single first-place result.
Both mentions and recommendations declined in the recorded comparison, and the rate fell alongside them. With so few observations, month-to-month movement is difficult to interpret.
Coherent Solutions
Questions This Section Answers

Coherent Solutions recorded a small number of mentions and no recommendations, so its placement counts are zero and its recommendation-to-mention ratio is undefined rather than missing. The mentions that occurred were neutral in framing.
The recorded comparison shows both mentions and recommendations falling to zero. These are measured results from a very small base, not evidence about the company itself.
Taazaa Inc
Questions This Section Answers

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.
Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, so counts and rates should be read together rather than as a continuous series. Rank order can stay fixed while underlying counts and rates move.
Smaller answer totals in a given month do not by themselves explain changes in a company's counts or rates. The comparisons show what was recorded, not why.

What the November Rankings Show
These sections answer different questions. Reach asks how often a company appears; recommendation asks whether the answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsed company sat in the ordering; framing asks how the wording was classified. None substitutes for another.
A company can be widely mentioned yet rarely recommended, or narrowly mentioned yet often endorsed. Reading the layers together gives a fuller picture of the recorded answers, while the limits of separate monthly samples and partial question coverage still apply.
Methodology
Questions This Section Answers
- How were the November 2026 Information Technology & Services AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?
This benchmark has partial coverage: 1 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 2 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.
The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.
Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.
The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.
Market: US; 8 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.
Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):
Screening measure | Count |
|---|---|
Answers included in the benchmark | 586 |
Answers marked relevant during screening | 631 |
Answers marked reserved (screening label) | 45 |
Answers marked irrelevant during screening | 169 |
Captured answer observations | 800 |
Distinct questions | 539 |
Answer observations marked as mentioning a brand | 800 |
The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.
One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.
Monthly sample coverage:
Reporting month | Answers included | AI services covered | Services |
|---|---|---|---|
Sep 2026 | 601 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
Oct 2026 | 574 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
Nov 2026 | 586 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.
Coverage is partial: only one of three planned question categories contributed usable observations, so findings apply to the available answer set. The reporting month labels the period, but exact collection dates were not verified.
Each company is counted at most once per answer, and placement results are nested within recommendations. Ratios describe answer wording, not customers, sales or company quality. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing cause.
