Answer capsule
The November 2026 ABA Therapy Providers benchmark compares 10 companies across 154 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Action Behavior Centers leads with 9 recommendations (5.84% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 13 answers; some answers recommended several companies.
The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, not by how often they appeared. A company can be named frequently yet rarely endorsed, so mention counts and recommendation counts answer different questions. Ties reflect equal recommendation counts and do not imply identical reach or placement. Placement figures are subsets of recommendations, not separate wins.

Tracked-company answer coverage
Questions This Section Answers
- How often did the November 2026 ABA Therapy Providers answer sample recommend any tracked company?
Answer-level result | Qualified answers | Share of qualified answers |
|---|---|---|
At least one tracked company mentioned | 154 | 100.00% |
At least one tracked company recommended | 13 | 8.44% |
No tracked company recommended | 141 | 91.56% |
Multiple tracked companies recommended | 8 | 5.19% |
13 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 21, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.
Every qualified answer named at least one tracked company, but only a small minority recommended one. Because a single answer can endorse several providers, company-level recommendation counts exceed the number of answers containing any recommendation. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named providers outside this comparison, so coverage here describes the tracked set rather than the whole market.
Reach and affirmative recommendation
Action Behavior Centers ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 74 (48.05%); recommendations: 9 (5.84%). Top 3 placements: 9 (5.84%); first-place placements: 8 (5.19%).
Wording about the company: 17 positive, 56 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 12.2%. The net framing score was 0.22 (defined in Methodology).
65 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 100.00% were Top 3 and 88.89% were first-place.
Action Behavior Centers leads on recommendation count, yet most of its appearances carried no endorsement. Mention presence shows the company surfaced in an answer; recommendation shows affirmative endorsement. The gap between the two is the central distinction in this profile. Ranking first by recommendations does not mean it was named in most answers or endorsed whenever named.
Recommendation order and placement
Company | Mentions | Recommendation-to-mention ratio | Top 3 / #1 counts | Positive / neutral / negative mentions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Action Behavior Centers | 74 | 12.2% | 9 / 8 | 17 / 56 / 1 |
Behavioral Innovations | 53 | 11.3% | 6 / 1 | 11 / 42 / 0 |
Autism Learning Partners | 24 | 12.5% | 2 / 2 | 3 / 21 / 0 |
LEARN Behavioral | 35 | 5.7% | 2 / 0 | 3 / 32 / 0 |
BlueSprig Pediatrics | 17 | 5.9% | 1 / 0 | 2 / 14 / 1 |
Acorn Health | 4 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 0 / 4 / 0 |
Centria Autism | 15 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 0 / 15 / 0 |
Helping Hands | 11 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 0 / 11 / 0 |
Hopebridge | 41 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 2 / 39 / 0 |
Trumpet Behavioral Health | 5 | 0.0% | 0 / 0 | 0 / 5 / 0 |
Placement describes where a recommended company appeared in an answer's ordering. Top-three and first-place results are nested within recommendations, so they cannot be summed with them. Recommendation-to-mention ratios vary across companies with similar mention totals, which shows that being named and being endorsed are separate recorded outcomes rather than a single measure of standing.
Classified framing in context
Company | Positive | Neutral | Negative |
|---|---|---|---|
Action Behavior Centers | 17 | 56 | 1 |
Behavioral Innovations | 11 | 42 | 0 |
Autism Learning Partners | 3 | 21 | 0 |
LEARN Behavioral | 3 | 32 | 0 |
BlueSprig Pediatrics | 2 | 14 | 1 |
Acorn Health | 0 | 4 | 0 |
Centria Autism | 0 | 15 | 0 |
Helping Hands | 0 | 11 | 0 |
Hopebridge | 2 | 39 | 0 |
Trumpet Behavioral Health | 0 | 5 | 0 |
Framing records the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. Most mentions across companies were neutral, and neutral wording neither supports nor undermines a recommendation. Net framing summarizes that wording balance only; it is not customer sentiment, satisfaction or an assessment of company quality, and it does not explain why endorsements did or did not appear.

Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, and the number of answers and services covered varies across months. Counts and rates therefore are not directly comparable month to month, and a change in either does not establish why it occurred. The table shows recorded results only; it does not demonstrate rank stability, improvement or loss of standing.

What the November Rankings Show
These sections answer different questions. Reach shows how often a company surfaced; recommendation shows affirmative endorsement; placement shows where endorsements fell in an answer's ordering; framing describes the surrounding wording. A company can be widely mentioned yet rarely endorsed, or endorsed consistently near the top. None of these measures reflects customer behavior, sales or company quality, and the recorded differences do not establish why endorsements occurred.
Methodology
Questions This Section Answers
- How were the November 2026 ABA Therapy Providers AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?
This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.
The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.
Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.
The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.
Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.
Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):
Screening measure | Count |
|---|---|
Answers included in the benchmark | 154 |
Answers marked relevant during screening | 273 |
Answers marked reserved (screening label) | 119 |
Answers marked irrelevant during screening | 358 |
Captured answer observations | 696 |
Distinct questions | 502 |
Answer observations marked as mentioning a brand | 691 |
The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.
One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.
Monthly sample coverage:
Reporting month | Answers included | AI services covered | Services |
|---|---|---|---|
Jul 2026 | 161 | 4 | Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews |
Aug 2026 | 143 | 5 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews |
Sep 2026 | 122 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
Oct 2026 | 102 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
Nov 2026 | 154 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.
Coverage is partial: findings apply to the included answer set, and the exact collection dates are unverified. Each company counts at most once per answer, and top-three and first-place results are contained within recommendations rather than added to them. Recommendation-to-mention ratios describe answer wording, not conversion. Net framing is a wording balance, not customer satisfaction. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without explaining it.
