Answer capsule

The November 2026 Women’s Clothing Rental benchmark compares 6 companies across 564 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Nuuly leads with 248 recommendations (43.97% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 269 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, so it measures recorded endorsement rather than overall presence. A company can appear in many answers without being recommended in most of them, and placement counts sit inside the recommendation total rather than beside it.

Ties are decided by equal recommendation counts, not by framing or placement. Reading mentions, recommendations and placements separately keeps each measure answering its own question instead of collapsing them into one score.

269 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 802, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but fewer than half recommended one. That gap is the central coverage fact: appearing in an answer and being endorsed within it are different outcomes, and the benchmark records both.

Because one answer can recommend several companies, company-level recommendation totals exceed the number of answers containing a recommendation. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison, so coverage here is bounded by the tracked set.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Nuuly ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 524 (92.91%); recommendations: 248 (43.97%). Top 3 placements: 202 (35.82%); first-place placements: 116 (20.57%).

Wording about the company: 292 positive, 229 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 47.3%. The net framing score was 0.55 (defined in Methodology).

276 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 81.45% were Top 3 and 46.77% were first-place.

Nuuly leads on recommendation count, but its mentions far outnumber its recommendations, meaning many answers named it without endorsing it. Mention presence describes appearance; recommendation describes affirmative endorsement. The two should not be read as interchangeable signals of standing.

Where recommendation counts are equal, the result is a tie rather than a unique winner. Placement and framing offer additional context, but neither overrides the recommendation count that sets the order.

Top-three and first-place results are nested within recommendations, not separate wins. A company recommended often but rarely placed first differs in kind from one recommended less often but placed first more consistently, and the printed counts show both patterns.

Placement describes position within an answer's ordering, not customer preference or conversion. Recommendation-to-mention ratios describe the recorded answers only; a high ratio on a small base needs that qualification before it is read as strength.

Framing classifies the wording used about a company in the selected answers: positive, neutral or negative. It is not customer sentiment, reputation or a judgment of company quality, and neutral wording is common across the tracked set.

Positive framing does not establish why a recommendation occurred or did not occur. The net framing score summarizes wording balance on a defined scale, and it should be read alongside recommendation counts rather than as a substitute for them.

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Nuuly mentions, recommendations and placement?

Nuuly ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 524 (92.91%); recommendations: 248 (43.97%). Top 3 placements: 202 (35.82%); first-place placements: 116 (20.57%).

Wording about the company: 292 positive, 229 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 47.3%. The net framing score was 0.55 (defined in Methodology).

276 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 81.45% were Top 3 and 46.77% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Nuuly's mention count rose from 372 to 524, while its recommendation count fell from 300 to 248. The recommendation rate was 76.34% and 43.97% respectively.

Nuuly leads the recommendation ranking, with mentions well above recommendations, so most answers that named it did not endorse it. Its placements are concentrated near the top of recommendation order, and negative wording is rare.

Between the two most recent months, mentions rose while recommendations fell, and the recommendation rate declined accordingly. The samples differ between months, so the comparison records the change without explaining it.

Rent the Runway

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Rent the Runway mentions, recommendations and placement?

Rent the Runway ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 519 (92.02%); recommendations: 231 (40.96%). Top 3 placements: 188 (33.33%); first-place placements: 86 (15.25%).

Wording about the company: 268 positive, 251 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 44.5%. The net framing score was 0.52 (defined in Methodology).

288 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 81.39% were Top 3 and 37.23% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Rent the Runway's mention count rose from 390 to 519, while its recommendation count fell from 309 to 231. The recommendation rate was 78.63% and 40.96% respectively.

Rent the Runway sits just behind the leader on recommendation count, with a similar pattern of broad mention and narrower endorsement. Its recorded wording is positive or neutral, with no negative mentions in the selected answers.

Mentions rose between the two most recent months while recommendations fell, lowering the recommendation rate. Because monthly samples differ, the shift is a recorded comparison rather than evidence of a cause or a change in standing.

Armoire Clothing Rental

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Armoire Clothing Rental mentions, recommendations and placement?

Armoire Clothing Rental ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 270 (47.87%); recommendations: 166 (29.43%). Top 3 placements: 136 (24.11%); first-place placements: 9 (1.60%).

Wording about the company: 183 positive, 87 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 61.5%. The net framing score was 0.68 (defined in Methodology).

104 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 81.93% were Top 3 and 5.42% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Armoire Clothing Rental's mention count rose from 211 to 270, while its recommendation count fell from 196 to 166. The recommendation rate was 49.87% and 29.43% respectively.

Armoire Clothing Rental holds third place with a notably high recommendation-to-mention ratio: a large share of answers naming it also endorsed it. Its placements, however, cluster in the top three far more than at first place.

Mentions rose across the two most recent months while recommendations fell, and the recommendation rate declined. The differing monthly samples limit causal reading; the comparison shows what was recorded, not why.

FashionPass

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about FashionPass mentions, recommendations and placement?

FashionPass ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 230 (40.78%); recommendations: 125 (22.16%). Top 3 placements: 29 (5.14%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 150 positive, 79 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 54.3%. The net framing score was 0.65 (defined in Methodology).

105 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 23.20% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, FashionPass' mention count rose from 156 to 230, while its recommendation count fell from 144 to 125. The recommendation rate was 36.64% and 22.16% respectively.

FashionPass ranks fourth, and its profile is distinctive for placement rather than reach: recommendations are comparatively few relative to mentions, and almost none reach first place. Wording is overwhelmingly positive or neutral.

Mentions rose between the two most recent months while recommendations fell, and the recommendation rate declined. With differing samples, this is a recorded comparison and does not establish a reason for the movement.

Vivrelle

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Vivrelle mentions, recommendations and placement?

Vivrelle ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 68 (12.06%); recommendations: 28 (4.96%). Top 3 placements: 3 (0.53%); first-place placements: 2 (0.35%).

40 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 10.71% were Top 3 and 7.14% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Vivrelle's mention count rose from 42 to 68, while its recommendation count fell from 36 to 28. The recommendation rate was 9.16% and 4.96% respectively.

Vivrelle ranks fifth on a much smaller base of mentions and recommendations, so its ratios rest on limited evidence and should be read with that qualification. Placements are rare, and wording is split between positive and neutral.

Mentions rose across the two most recent months while recommendations fell, and the recommendation rate declined. The small counts make month-to-month movement sensitive to individual answers, and the samples differ.

BNTO

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about BNTO mentions, recommendations and placement?

BNTO ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 19 (3.37%); recommendations: 4 (0.71%). Top 3 placements: 3 (0.53%); first-place placements: 3 (0.53%).

BNTO ranks sixth with very few mentions and recommendations, so its ratios and placements rest on a sparse base and carry wide uncertainty. Wording is mostly neutral, with some positive mentions and none negative.

Unlike the other tracked companies, both mentions and recommendations rose between the two most recent months. With such small counts and differing samples, the comparison is recorded rather than explanatory.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, and the included answer totals differ across months. Counts and rates should be read together: a rate can fall while a count rises, or the reverse, depending on the sample.

The ranking order shown for earlier months comes from those separate samples. It does not establish rank stability, equivalent sampling or a trend beyond the recorded comparisons.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several distinct questions. Reach asks how often a company appeared; recommendation asks how often an answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsed company sat in the ordering; framing asks how the wording was classified. No single measure substitutes for another.

The leaderboard orders by recommendation count, so a company with wide mention but narrower endorsement ranks differently from one endorsed in a larger share of the answers naming it. Placement counts are subsets of recommendations, and framing is wording rather than sentiment or quality.

Read together, these measures describe the selected AI answers, not customers, sales or conversion. Differences between months reflect separate samples, and the recorded changes do not establish causes, improvement or loss of standing.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Women’s Clothing Rental AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 6 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

The benchmark covers a partial set of answers across the planned question categories, and the exact collection dates for the original answers have not been verified. Findings apply to the available answer set, not to all possible AI responses.

Each company is counted at most once per qualifying answer, and a recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation and placement rates share the full benchmark answer total, while the recommendation-to-mention ratio describes answer wording rather than customer behavior. Net framing is a defined wording balance, not a measure of satisfaction or quality.

One answer can name several companies, so company totals overlap and should not be summed. Monthly samples differ, and comparisons show recorded change without establishing why it occurred.
