Answer capsule

The November 2026 Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers benchmark compares 10 companies across 138 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Morgan & Morgan leads with 45 recommendations (32.61% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 67 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count is not the same as reach: a company can appear in many answers without being endorsed, so mention totals and recommendation totals answer different questions. Ties in recommendation count share a rank rather than producing a unique winner.

Placement adds another layer. Top-three and first-place results are subsets of recommendations, not separate wins, and they should be read against the same answer base. Framing is separate again: wording can be neutral or positive without a recommendation being recorded.

67 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 118, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every included answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only about half recommended one. That gap is the central distinction in this section: appearing in an answer is not the same as being put forward as a choice.

Multiple tracked companies were recommended in a substantial share of answers, so company totals overlap and cannot be summed into a market total. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named firms outside this comparison, which limits any reading of overall market coverage.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Morgan & Morgan ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 112 (81.16%); recommendations: 45 (32.61%). Top 3 placements: 35 (25.36%); first-place placements: 21 (15.22%).

Wording about the company: 69 positive, 43 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 40.2%. The net framing score was 0.62 (defined in Methodology).

67 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 77.78% were Top 3 and 46.67% were first-place.

Morgan & Morgan illustrates why reach and endorsement must be separated. It appeared in most answers but was recommended in a smaller portion of them, leaving many mentions without a recorded recommendation. Its placements sit inside the recommendation set rather than adding to it.

A high mention count therefore describes visibility in the reviewed answers, not automatic endorsement. The recommendation-to-mention ratio summarizes how often appearance coincided with affirmative wording in this sample, and it says nothing about customers or outcomes.

Placement describes where a recommended company sat in the recorded answer, not an additional achievement. Top-three and first-place counts are nested within recommendations, so they cannot be added to recommendation totals or compared as if they used a separate base.

Ratios such as recommendation-to-mention vary widely across companies, and several rest on small mention counts where a single answer moves the figure noticeably. Those ratios describe the wording of recorded answers, not conversion, preference or company quality.

Framing classifies the wording attached to each mention as positive, neutral or negative. It is a description of language in the selected answers, not a measure of reputation, customer sentiment or service quality, and neutral wording is a recorded category rather than a missing value.

Most companies here show no negative mentions, which should not be read as universal praise. Positive framing can accompany a mention that carries no recommendation, and the reasons behind either pattern are not established by these counts.

Company results in detail

Morgan & Morgan

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Morgan & Morgan mentions, recommendations and placement?

From October 2026 to November 2026, Morgan & Morgan's mention count fell from 124 to 112, while its recommendation count fell from 57 to 45. The recommendation rate was 35.85% and 32.61% respectively.

Morgan & Morgan leads on recommendation count while also appearing in the large majority of reviewed answers, giving it the widest reach in this sample. Its recommendations are a smaller subset of those mentions, so visibility and endorsement diverge markedly here.

Its framing is mostly positive with a sizable neutral share and no negative mentions. Placements concentrate in the top three, with first-place results forming a smaller subset. The month-to-month comparison shows both counts lower than the prior snapshot, though the samples differ and no cause is established.

The Lanier Law Firm

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about The Lanier Law Firm mentions, recommendations and placement?

The Lanier Law Firm ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 29 (21.01%); recommendations: 23 (16.67%). Top 3 placements: 18 (13.04%); first-place placements: 6 (4.35%).

Wording about the company: 25 positive, 4 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 79.3%. The net framing score was 0.86 (defined in Methodology).

6 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 78.26% were Top 3 and 26.09% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, The Lanier Law Firm's mention count stayed at 29, while its recommendation count fell from 25 to 23. The recommendation rate was 15.72% and 16.67% respectively.

The Lanier Law Firm ranks second by recommendation count, and a large share of its mentions also carry an affirmative endorsement. That ratio rests on a moderate mention base, so it describes these recorded answers rather than a stable property.

Framing is overwhelmingly positive, with few neutral mentions and none negative. Most endorsements also land in the top three, while first-place placements are a smaller subset. Mentions held steady across the two snapshots while recommendations eased slightly, a comparison limited by differing samples.

Wilshire Law Firm

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Wilshire Law Firm mentions, recommendations and placement?

Wilshire Law Firm ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 25 (18.12%); recommendations: 22 (15.94%). Top 3 placements: 19 (13.77%); first-place placements: 4 (2.90%).

Wording about the company: 23 positive, 2 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 88.0%. The net framing score was 0.92 (defined in Methodology).

3 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 86.36% were Top 3 and 18.18% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Wilshire Law Firm's mention count rose from 23 to 25, while its recommendation count rose from 21 to 22. The recommendation rate was 13.21% and 15.94% respectively.

Wilshire Law Firm ranks third by recommendation count and shows one of the strongest recommendation-to-mention ratios among the larger profiles. Nearly all of its mentions carry affirmative wording, and its placements are mostly top-three rather than first-place.

Framing is almost entirely positive with minimal neutral wording and no negatives. Both mentions and recommendations edged upward from the prior snapshot, but the monthly samples are separate selections, so the movement describes recorded results rather than demonstrated momentum.

Senior Justice Law Firm

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Senior Justice Law Firm mentions, recommendations and placement?

Senior Justice Law Firm ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 11 (7.97%); recommendations: 11 (7.97%). Top 3 placements: 10 (7.25%); first-place placements: 7 (5.07%).

Wording about the company: 11 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 90.91% were Top 3 and 63.64% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Senior Justice Law Firm's mention count fell from 14 to 11, while its recommendation count fell from 13 to 11. The recommendation rate was 8.18% and 7.97% respectively.

Every recorded mention of Senior Justice Law Firm also carried an affirmative endorsement, a pattern resting on a small mention base rather than broad reach. Its endorsements are heavily concentrated in the top three, and first-place placements make up a large share of that small set.

All mentions carry positive framing, with no neutral or negative wording. Both counts were lower than in the prior snapshot, but with so few answers involved, single answers move the figures and the comparison cannot establish why.

Sokolove Law

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Sokolove Law mentions, recommendations and placement?

Sokolove Law ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 19 (13.77%); recommendations: 9 (6.52%). Top 3 placements: 5 (3.62%); first-place placements: 1 (0.72%).

Wording about the company: 9 positive, 10 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 47.4%. The net framing score was 0.47 (defined in Methodology).

10 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 55.56% were Top 3 and 11.11% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Sokolove Law's mention count rose from 14 to 19, while its recommendation count fell from 10 to 9. The recommendation rate was 6.29% and 6.52% respectively.

Sokolove Law appears in more answers than several higher-ranked firms, yet fewer of those mentions carry an affirmative endorsement, so its presence exceeds its endorsement. Neutral framing is unusually common in its profile, roughly matching its positive mentions.

Its placements are mostly top-three with few first-place results. Mentions rose from the prior snapshot while recommendations slipped slightly, a mixed movement that the separate monthly samples do not explain.

Garcia & Artigliere

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Garcia & Artigliere mentions, recommendations and placement?

Garcia & Artigliere ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 3 (2.17%); recommendations: 3 (2.17%). Top 3 placements: 2 (1.45%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 3 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 66.67% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Garcia & Artigliere's mention count rose from 0 to 3, while its recommendation count rose from 0 to 3. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 2.17% respectively.

Garcia & Artigliere enters the ranking on a very small set of mentions, all of which carry recommendations and positive framing. Its placements are mostly top-three, with no first-place results recorded.

Because the base is so small, the perfect recommendation-to-mention ratio should be read cautiously: a single answer would change it substantially. The prior snapshot recorded no mentions, but one month of difference cannot establish a trend or its cause.

Levin & Perconti

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Levin & Perconti mentions, recommendations and placement?

Levin & Perconti ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (1.45%); recommendations: 2 (1.45%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.72%); first-place placements: 1 (0.72%).

Wording about the company: 2 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 50.00% were Top 3 and 50.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Levin & Perconti's mention count fell from 5 to 2, while its recommendation count fell from 5 to 2. The recommendation rate was 3.14% and 1.45% respectively.

Levin & Perconti records a handful of mentions, each carrying a recommendation and positive framing. Its placements split between top-three and first-place, so the first-place result is a meaningful portion of a very small set rather than a broad pattern.

Both mentions and recommendations were lower than in the prior snapshot. With so few answers involved, that comparison is fragile, and the differing monthly samples do not establish why the counts moved.

Nursing Home Law Center

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Nursing Home Law Center mentions, recommendations and placement?

Nursing Home Law Center ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (1.45%); recommendations: 1 (0.72%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.72%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 1 positive, 1 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 50.0%. The net framing score was 0.50 (defined in Methodology).

1 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 100.00% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Nursing Home Law Center's mention count rose from 0 to 2, while its recommendation count rose from 0 to 1. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 0.72% respectively.

Nursing Home Law Center records a small number of mentions, only some of which carry a recommendation. Its framing splits between positive and neutral, and its single placement sits in the top three with no first-place result.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on a tiny base and should be read with that qualification. The prior snapshot recorded no mentions, but a single month of difference cannot establish a trend, and the separate samples do not explain the change.

Pintas & Mullins

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Pintas & Mullins mentions, recommendations and placement?

Pintas & Mullins ranks 8 by recommendation count.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Pintas & Mullins' mention count rose from 1 to 2, while its recommendation count stayed at 1. The recommendation rate was 0.63% and 0.72% respectively. The count was unchanged: the rate difference comes from dividing it by 159 answers in October 2026 and 138 in November.

Pintas & Mullins shares its rank with other firms on a single recommendation drawn from a small mention count. Framing splits between positive and neutral, and its one placement is top-three rather than first-place.

The recommendation count was unchanged from the prior snapshot while mentions rose slightly; the small rate difference reflects a different answer total rather than a change in the count itself. With such a small base, the ratio is fragile and no cause is established.

Schenk Nursing Home Abuse

Questions This Section Answers

Schenk Nursing Home Abuse ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 1 (0.72%); recommendations: 1 (0.72%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.72%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 1 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 100.00% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Schenk Nursing Home Abuse's mention count stayed at 1, while its recommendation count stayed at 1. The recommendation rate was 0.63% and 0.72% respectively. The count was unchanged: the rate difference comes from dividing it by 159 answers in October 2026 and 138 in November.

Schenk Nursing Home Abuse records a single mention that also carries a recommendation and positive framing, placing it in the top three but not first. The perfect recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on that one answer and should be read with clear caution.

Both counts were unchanged from the prior snapshot; the slight rate difference reflects a different answer total rather than a change in the count. A single month of identical results cannot establish stability or a trend.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The monthly table shows separate selected samples of AI answers, each with its own answer total, so counts and rates are not directly comparable across months as if they came from one fixed panel. A lower count in a later month does not by itself show a decline in standing.

Ranks are ordered within each month's sample. Reading counts, rates and coverage together gives a fuller picture than any single column, and the comparisons describe recorded results without establishing why they changed.

What the November Rankings Show

These sections answer different questions. Reach asks how often a company appeared; recommendation asks whether the answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsed company sat; framing asks how the wording was classified. A firm can be visible without being recommended, and recommended without ranking first.

The profiles show varied combinations of these measures rather than a single quality ordering. Ratios and framing scores describe the recorded answers only, not customers, sales or company quality, and the monthly comparisons rest on separate samples that cannot explain movement.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 2 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 1 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Coverage is partial: only some planned question categories contributed usable answers, and findings apply to that available set. The reporting month labels the period, but exact collection dates were not verified, and each company is counted at most once per qualifying answer.

Recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Top-three and first-place results are nested within recommendations, and rates use the full benchmark answer total. The recommendation-to-mention ratio and net framing describe answer wording, not customer conversion, satisfaction or company quality. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing cause.
