Answer capsule

The November 2026 Medical Evacuation benchmark compares 10 companies across 396 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Allianz Travel leads with 307 recommendations (77.53% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 358 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

Ranking by recommendation count orders companies by how often the reviewed AI answers affirmatively endorsed them, not by how often they were merely named. A company can appear in many answers without being recommended, so mention counts and recommendation counts answer different questions.

Ties in recommendation counts share a rank; equal counts do not establish equal standing on other measures. Placement figures are subsets of recommendations, so they refine where a company sat within an answer rather than adding separate wins.

358 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 687, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, and most recommended at least one. Because a single answer can recommend several companies, the sum of company recommendations exceeds the number of answers carrying any recommendation.

This overlap means coverage describes how often tracked names appear across answers, not market share or dominance. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison, so the gap is not evidence of an empty answer.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Allianz Travel ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 323 (81.57%); recommendations: 307 (77.53%). Top 3 placements: 273 (68.94%); first-place placements: 162 (40.91%).

Wording about the company: 311 positive, 12 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 95.0%. The net framing score was 0.96 (defined in Methodology).

16 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 88.93% were Top 3 and 52.77% were first-place.

Allianz Travel leads on recommendation count, but its mention total is slightly below Travel Guard (AIG)'s, showing that reach and endorsement are distinct measures. A high mention count with fewer recommendations indicates presence without affirmative backing in some answers.

The two leaders sit close together on recommendations, so the ordering should be read as a narrow recorded difference rather than a decisive gap. Mention presence alone does not establish why an answer endorsed a company or withheld endorsement.

Placement counts are nested inside recommendations: a first-place result is also a shortlist result, and both are also recommendations. They should not be summed or read as separate victories.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio shows how often a named company was also endorsed within the recorded answers. It describes answer wording, not customer behavior, sales or conversion. Where mention totals are small, a strong ratio rests on a sparse base and should be read cautiously.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. It is not a measure of customer sentiment, reputation or company quality, and neutral wording does not explain why a recommendation was or was not recorded.

Most mentions of the leading companies carried positive wording, with few neutral or negative cases. Smaller companies show more mixed framing, but these counts reflect the selected answers rather than any independent assessment of the companies.

Framing was mostly positive with some neutral wording. Both mentions and recommendations were lower than in the prior selected sample; with totals this small, single answers can shift the profile noticeably.

Ripcord

Questions This Section Answers

Every mention carried positive wording. Both mentions and recommendations were lower than in the prior selected sample. The strong ratio should be read alongside the sparse totals rather than as broad endorsement.

AirMed International

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about AirMed International mentions, recommendations and placement?

AirMed International ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (0.51%); recommendations: 1 (0.25%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.25%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

AirMed International records a single recommendation from a very small number of mentions, placing it near the bottom of the ranking. Its one recommendation was a shortlist placement, with no first-place result.

Both mentions carried positive wording. The counts were slightly higher than in the prior selected sample, but with totals this small the comparison is fragile and does not establish a trend.

International SOS

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about International SOS mentions, recommendations and placement?

International SOS ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 6 (1.52%); recommendations: 1 (0.25%). Top 3 placements: 1 (0.25%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

5 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 100.00% were Top 3 and 0.00% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, International SOS's mention count rose from 4 to 6, while its recommendation count stayed at 1. The recommendation rate was 0.21% and 0.25% respectively. The count was unchanged: the rate difference comes from dividing it by 480 answers in October 2026 and 396 in November.

International SOS records one recommendation against several mentions, so most of its appearances carried no endorsement. Its single recommendation was a shortlist placement, with no first-place result.

Framing was predominantly neutral, with one positive mention and no negative ones. Mentions were slightly higher than in the prior selected sample while the recommendation count was unchanged; the rate difference reflects the different answer totals, not a change in the count.

Covac Global

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Covac Global mentions, recommendations and placement?

Covac Global ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 0 (0.00%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 0 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was Unavailable. The net framing score was Unavailable (defined in Methodology).

0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Covac Global's mention count stayed at 0, while its recommendation count stayed at 0. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 0.00% respectively.

Covac Global records no mentions and no recommendations in the reviewed answers, so its placement counts are also zero. This is a measured result rather than a missing observation.

Ratios that require a nonzero mention base are undefined here. The absence of appearances in this answer set does not establish anything about the company beyond these recorded answers.

SkyMed

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about SkyMed mentions, recommendations and placement?

SkyMed ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 1 (0.25%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

1 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, SkyMed's mention count rose from 0 to 1, while its recommendation count stayed at 0. The recommendation rate was 0.00% and 0.00% respectively.

SkyMed records a single neutral mention and no recommendations, so its placement counts are zero. The recommendation-to-mention ratio is therefore zero rather than undefined, because a mention base exists.

The mention was higher than in the prior selected sample while the recommendation count stayed at zero. With one mention, the profile is too sparse to support broader interpretation.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The monthly tables show separate selected samples of AI answers, each with its own answer total and coverage. Counts and rates should be read together, since a rate depends on the answer total as well as the count.

Rank positions in these snapshots are not evidence of stability or equivalent sampling across months. A changed count or rate does not demonstrate improvement, loss of standing or the effect of any intervention.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several different questions. Reach asks how often a company appeared in the reviewed answers; recommendation asks how often that appearance included affirmative endorsement; placement asks where within an answer the endorsement sat; and framing describes the wording around the mention.

These measures can diverge. A company may be named often yet endorsed less often, or endorsed consistently but rarely placed first. Reading them together gives a fuller picture than any single column, while each remains a description of the recorded answers rather than of customers, sales or company quality.

The comparisons across months rest on separate samples, so they show what was recorded without explaining why it changed.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Medical Evacuation AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

Reliable results for September 2026 are unavailable. This is a gap in the history, not a result of zero.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

The benchmark covers a partial set of planned question categories, and findings apply only to the answers reviewed. The reporting month labels the period; exact collection dates were not verified, and one month is missing from the history as a gap rather than a zero.

Each company is counted at most once per answer, and placement results are included within recommendations rather than added to them. Rates use the full benchmark answer total, while the recommendation-to-mention ratio describes answer wording, not conversion. Net framing is not a measure of customer satisfaction or company quality.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies, so company totals overlap and should not be summed. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies.
