Answer capsule

The November 2026 Money Transfer Fintech benchmark compares 7 companies across 488 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Wise leads with 223 recommendations (45.70% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 301 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, so it measures recorded endorsement volume rather than overall presence. A company can appear often without being recommended, and recommendation counts can tie even when mention totals differ. Ties reflect equal recommendation counts, not shared placement or framing.

Mentions, recommendations, shortlist placements and first-place placements answer separate questions. Placements are nested within recommendations, so they should be read as position within endorsed answers, not as additional wins. Framing describes wording only and does not explain why any recommendation occurred.

301 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 716, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every included answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only a portion recommended one. Because a single answer can endorse several companies, company-level recommendation totals exceed the number of answers containing any tracked recommendation. That overlap is expected and should not be read as market dominance.

Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison. Coverage therefore describes the selected answer set, not the full universe of money-transfer options available to users.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Wise ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 421 (86.27%); recommendations: 223 (45.70%). Top 3 placements: 204 (41.80%); first-place placements: 133 (27.25%).

Wording about the company: 239 positive, 182 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 53.0%. The net framing score was 0.57 (defined in Methodology).

198 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 91.48% were Top 3 and 59.64% were first-place.

Wise illustrates why presence and endorsement diverge: it appears in most answers yet is recommended in fewer than half. Many of its mentions carried no recorded recommendation, so reach alone overstates affirmative support. Its placements sit inside the recommended subset rather than adding to it.

A high mention rate with a moderate recommendation-to-mention ratio means the company is frequently named but not always endorsed. That pattern is a description of answer wording, not evidence about customer preference or product performance.

Placement counts are nested within recommendations: shortlist placements fall inside recommendations, and first-place placements fall inside shortlist placements. They should not be summed or compared as if they shared a different denominator. A company with many recommendations can still hold relatively few first-place positions.

Niyo's recorded answers show a high recommendation-to-mention ratio alongside a smaller first-place share of its recommendations. Revolut and ExTravelMoney show different imbalances. These are positional patterns in the recorded answers, not conversion or sales outcomes.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. No tracked company recorded negative mentions in this sample, so differences lie mainly in how often wording was positive rather than neutral. Niyo and Instarem skew strongly positive; Revolut and moneyHOP skew neutral.

Neutral wording is not a negative signal, and positive wording does not establish why a recommendation was or was not recorded. Framing describes the language of the selected answers, not customer sentiment or company quality.

Wise

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Wise mentions, recommendations and placement?

Wise ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 421 (86.27%); recommendations: 223 (45.70%). Top 3 placements: 204 (41.80%); first-place placements: 133 (27.25%).

Wording about the company: 239 positive, 182 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 53.0%. The net framing score was 0.57 (defined in Methodology).

198 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 91.48% were Top 3 and 59.64% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Wise's mention count fell from 495 to 421, while its recommendation count fell from 289 to 223. The recommendation rate was 51.89% and 45.70% respectively.

Wise leads on recommendation count and appears in the large majority of answers, but only about half of its mentions also carry a recommendation. Its placements are concentrated near the top of endorsed answers, with most recommendations landing in the shortlist and a majority taking first place.

Its framing is mostly positive with a substantial neutral share and no negative mentions. The month-to-month comparison shows both mentions and recommendations lower than the prior month; the changed sample does not explain why.

BookMyForex

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about BookMyForex mentions, recommendations and placement?

BookMyForex ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 348 (71.31%); recommendations: 182 (37.30%). Top 3 placements: 166 (34.02%); first-place placements: 97 (19.88%).

Wording about the company: 188 positive, 160 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 52.3%. The net framing score was 0.54 (defined in Methodology).

166 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 91.21% were Top 3 and 53.30% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, BookMyForex's mention count fell from 380 to 348, while its recommendation count fell from 240 to 182. The recommendation rate was 43.09% and 37.30% respectively.

BookMyForex ranks second on recommendations and appears in a large share of answers, though its recommendation-to-mention ratio is similar to Wise's. Most of its recommendations fall within the shortlist, and roughly half of those take first place, giving it a strong positional profile.

Its framing is predominantly positive with a sizable neutral share and no negative mentions. Both mentions and recommendations were lower than the previous month, a recorded comparison whose cause the evidence does not establish.

Niyo

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Niyo mentions, recommendations and placement?

Niyo ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 158 (32.38%); recommendations: 146 (29.92%). Top 3 placements: 137 (28.07%); first-place placements: 37 (7.58%).

Wording about the company: 147 positive, 11 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 92.4%. The net framing score was 0.93 (defined in Methodology).

12 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 93.84% were Top 3 and 25.34% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Niyo's mention count fell from 233 to 158, while its recommendation count fell from 212 to 146. The recommendation rate was 38.06% and 29.92% respectively.

Niyo's recorded answers show a high recommendation-to-mention ratio, meaning most mentions that appeared also carried an affirmative endorsement. Its framing is overwhelmingly positive with little neutral wording. Yet first-place placements are a small fraction of its recommendations, so it is endorsed often but rarely placed at the very top.

Its mention and recommendation counts were both lower than the prior month. That comparison is recorded without establishing why the change occurred.

Revolut

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Revolut mentions, recommendations and placement?

Revolut ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 228 (46.72%); recommendations: 82 (16.80%). Top 3 placements: 77 (15.78%); first-place placements: 6 (1.23%).

Wording about the company: 97 positive, 131 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 36.0%. The net framing score was 0.43 (defined in Methodology).

146 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 93.90% were Top 3 and 7.32% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Revolut's mention count rose from 214 to 228, while its recommendation count fell from 102 to 82. The recommendation rate was 18.31% and 16.80% respectively.

Revolut is mentioned fairly often but recommended in only about a third of those mentions, the lowest conversion among the established profiles. Its framing leans neutral more than positive, and first-place placements are rare relative to its recommendations, which cluster in the shortlist.

Its mention count rose slightly while its recommendation count fell compared with the prior month. The two measures moved in different directions, and the evidence does not explain the divergence.

ExTravelMoney

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about ExTravelMoney mentions, recommendations and placement?

ExTravelMoney ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 79 (16.19%); recommendations: 53 (10.86%). Top 3 placements: 50 (10.25%); first-place placements: 3 (0.61%).

Wording about the company: 54 positive, 25 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 67.1%. The net framing score was 0.68 (defined in Methodology).

26 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 94.34% were Top 3 and 5.66% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, ExTravelMoney's mention count fell from 107 to 79, while its recommendation count fell from 64 to 53. The recommendation rate was 11.49% and 10.86% respectively.

ExTravelMoney appears in a modest share of answers and is recommended in roughly two-thirds of its mentions. Nearly all of its recommendations fall within the shortlist, but first-place placements are very few, so it is endorsed without often leading.

Its framing is mostly positive with a smaller neutral share and no negative mentions. Both mentions and recommendations were lower than the previous month, a recorded change whose cause is not established.

Instarem

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Instarem mentions, recommendations and placement?

Instarem ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 41 (8.40%); recommendations: 30 (6.15%). Top 3 placements: 27 (5.53%); first-place placements: 2 (0.41%).

Wording about the company: 30 positive, 11 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 73.2%. The net framing score was 0.73 (defined in Methodology).

11 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 90.00% were Top 3 and 6.67% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Instarem's mention count fell from 47 to 41, while its recommendation count fell from 38 to 30. The recommendation rate was 6.82% and 6.15% respectively.

Instarem has a small footprint but a high recommendation-to-mention ratio, with most of its mentions carrying an endorsement. Its framing is largely positive, and its recommendations almost all fall within the shortlist, though first-place placements are rare.

Because the underlying counts are small, the strong ratio should be read with caution; a few answers can shift it noticeably. Both mentions and recommendations were lower than the prior month, without an established reason.

moneyHOP

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about moneyHOP mentions, recommendations and placement?

moneyHOP ranks 7 by recommendation count. Mentions: 2 (0.41%); recommendations: 0 (0.00%). Top 3 placements: 0 (0.00%); first-place placements: 0 (0.00%).

Wording about the company: 0 positive, 2 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 0.0%. The net framing score was 0.00 (defined in Methodology).

2 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, Unavailable were Top 3 and Unavailable were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, moneyHOP's mention count fell from 10 to 2, while its recommendation count fell from 3 to 0. The recommendation rate was 0.54% and 0.00% respectively.

moneyHOP recorded only a handful of mentions and no recommendations, so its placement counts are also zero. Its two mentions carried neutral wording and no negative framing. Ratios that require a nonzero recommendation base are undefined here rather than missing.

A zero result is a measured outcome for this sample, not evidence that the company was absent from the market. Its mention count was lower than the prior month, and the evidence does not explain the change.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, and the number of included answers differs across months. Counts and rates should be read together: a lower count can accompany a stable or changed rate depending on the sample. Rank positions are shown only for months with verified results.

Comparisons across months describe how recorded results changed; they do not establish why, nor do they demonstrate rank stability or equivalent sampling between periods.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results show that reach, recommendation, placement and framing answer different questions. A company can be named often yet endorsed less often, endorsed often yet rarely placed first, or framed positively without a recorded recommendation. Reading any single measure as overall standing would misstate what the answers contain.

The profiles differ in shape rather than following one template: Wise and BookMyForex combine broad reach with moderate endorsement, Niyo endorses strongly but places first less often, and Revolut and ExTravelMoney show distinct imbalances between mention and recommendation. Smaller profiles carry wider uncertainty. These are descriptions of the selected answers, not verified product facts or customer outcomes.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Money Transfer Fintech AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: India; 7 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

The benchmark covers a partial set of question categories and a defined set of AI services; findings apply to the included answers, and the exact collection dates are unverified. Each company is counted at most once per answer, and placements are nested within recommendations rather than added to them.

Recommendation-to-mention ratios and framing scores describe answer wording, not customers, sales or company quality. Monthly samples differ in size, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing cause. One answer can name several companies, so company totals overlap.
