Answer capsule
The November 2026 ED Treatment Pills benchmark compares 10 companies across 281 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Hims leads with 189 recommendations (67.26% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 227 answers; some answers recommended several companies.
The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

Questions This Section Answers
- How do ED Treatment Pills rank by recorded AI recommendations in November 2026?
Rank | Company | Recommendations | Recommendation rate | Mention rate | Top 3 rate | #1 rate | Net sentiment |

1 | Hims | 189 | 67.26% | 89.68% | 51.25% | 26.69% | 0.75 |
2 | Ro | 179 | 63.70% | 84.34% | 46.62% | 7.12% | 0.75 |

6 | Rex MD | 33 | 11.74% | 18.15% | 6.05% | 0.36% | 0.61 |

10 | K Health | 15 | 5.34% | 6.05% | 1.78% | 0.36% | 0.94 |
The leaderboard orders companies by how many answers affirmatively recommended them, so it measures recorded endorsement volume rather than overall presence. A company can appear often yet be recommended less often, and placement sits inside recommendation rather than beside it. Ties reflect equal recommendation counts, not shared wording or equal standing on every other measure.

Tracked-company answer coverage
Questions This Section Answers
- How often did the November 2026 ED Treatment Pills answer sample recommend any tracked company?
Answer-level result | Qualified answers | Share of qualified answers |
|---|---|---|
At least one tracked company mentioned | 281 | 100.00% |
At least one tracked company recommended | 227 | 80.78% |
No tracked company recommended | 54 | 19.22% |
Multiple tracked companies recommended | 217 | 77.22% |
227 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 825, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.
Almost every included answer named at least one tracked company, and most recommended one. Because a single answer can endorse several companies, company-level totals exceed the number of answers carrying any recommendation. Overlap is therefore expected: coverage describes how widely tracked names appear across answers, not which company dominates a market or a conversation.
Reach and affirmative recommendation
Hims ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 252 (89.68%); recommendations: 189 (67.26%). Top 3 placements: 144 (51.25%); first-place placements: 75 (26.69%).
Wording about the company: 192 positive, 57 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 75.0%. The net framing score was 0.75 (defined in Methodology).
63 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.19% were Top 3 and 39.68% were first-place.
Hims illustrates why mention and recommendation must be read apart: it appears in most answers, but a portion of those mentions carry no recorded endorsement. Reach shows presence; recommendation shows affirmative support. Neither establishes why an answer named or endorsed a company, and neither should be read as customer behavior.
Recommendation order and placement
Company | Mentions | Recommendation-to-mention ratio | Top 3 / #1 counts | Positive / neutral / negative mentions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Hims | 252 | 75.0% | 144 / 75 | 192 / 57 / 3 |
Ro | 237 | 75.5% | 131 / 20 | 180 / 54 / 3 |
GoodRx Care | 214 | 78.5% | 122 / 62 | 171 / 43 / 0 |
plushcare | 111 | 82.9% | 40 / 6 | 92 / 18 / 1 |
Lemonaid Health | 98 | 80.6% | 28 / 1 | 79 / 19 / 0 |
BlueChew | 68 | 48.5% | 16 / 2 | 34 / 31 / 3 |
Rex MD | 51 | 64.7% | 17 / 1 | 33 / 16 / 2 |
Blink Health | 20 | 100.0% | 12 / 5 | 20 / 0 / 0 |
Optum | 22 | 77.3% | 14 / 7 | 17 / 5 / 0 |
K Health | 17 | 88.2% | 5 / 1 | 16 / 1 / 0 |
Placement describes where an endorsed company sat within a recommendation, so Top 3 and first-place results are nested subsets rather than extra wins. A high recommendation-to-mention ratio can coexist with modest first-place counts, as Ro shows. Ratios describe recorded answer wording, not conversion, preference strength or sales.
Classified framing in context
Company | Positive | Neutral | Negative |
|---|---|---|---|
Hims | 192 | 57 | 3 |
Ro | 180 | 54 | 3 |
GoodRx Care | 171 | 43 | 0 |
plushcare | 92 | 18 | 1 |
Lemonaid Health | 79 | 19 | 0 |
BlueChew | 34 | 31 | 3 |
Rex MD | 33 | 16 | 2 |
Blink Health | 20 | 0 | 0 |
Optum | 17 | 5 | 0 |
K Health | 16 | 1 | 0 |
Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. It is not customer sentiment, reputation or a quality judgment, and it does not explain why recommendations occurred. Companies with many neutral mentions, such as BlueChew, differ in tone from those with mostly positive wording, but that contrast alone carries no causal meaning.
Company results in detail
Hims
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Hims mentions, recommendations and placement?
Hims ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 252 (89.68%); recommendations: 189 (67.26%). Top 3 placements: 144 (51.25%); first-place placements: 75 (26.69%).
Wording about the company: 192 positive, 57 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 75.0%. The net framing score was 0.75 (defined in Methodology).
63 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.19% were Top 3 and 39.68% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Hims' mention count fell from 274 to 252, while its recommendation count rose from 180 to 189. The recommendation rate was 60.81% and 67.26% respectively.
Hims leads on recommendation count and appears in most answers, with a large share of its mentions also endorsed. Its first-place placements are a substantial subset of its shortlist placements, giving it a distinctive position-heavy profile. Between the two recorded months, mentions fell while recommendations rose; the changed samples do not establish why.
Ro
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Ro mentions, recommendations and placement?
Ro ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 237 (84.34%); recommendations: 179 (63.70%). Top 3 placements: 131 (46.62%); first-place placements: 20 (7.12%).
Wording about the company: 180 positive, 54 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 75.5%. The net framing score was 0.75 (defined in Methodology).
58 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 73.18% were Top 3 and 11.17% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Ro's mention count fell from 244 to 237, while its recommendation count rose from 163 to 179. The recommendation rate was 55.07% and 63.70% respectively.
Ro holds second place on recommendation count with broad mention reach and a recommendation-to-mention ratio close to Hims. Its profile is distinctive for shortlist placements far outnumbering first-place ones, so it is endorsed often but rarely placed at the top. The recorded month-to-month movement shows mentions down and recommendations up, without explaining either.
GoodRx Care
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about GoodRx Care mentions, recommendations and placement?
GoodRx Care ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 214 (76.16%); recommendations: 168 (59.79%). Top 3 placements: 122 (43.42%); first-place placements: 62 (22.06%).
Wording about the company: 171 positive, 43 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 78.5%. The net framing score was 0.80 (defined in Methodology).
46 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 72.62% were Top 3 and 36.90% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, GoodRx Care's mention count rose from 207 to 214, while its recommendation count rose from 151 to 168. The recommendation rate was 51.01% and 59.79% respectively.
GoodRx Care combines wide reach with a high recommendation-to-mention ratio and no negative wording in the recorded answers. Its first-place placements form a meaningful portion of its shortlist placements, giving it a stronger top-position profile than Ro despite a lower recommendation total. Both mentions and recommendations rose across the recorded months.
plushcare
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about plushcare mentions, recommendations and placement?
plushcare ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 111 (39.50%); recommendations: 92 (32.74%). Top 3 placements: 40 (14.23%); first-place placements: 6 (2.14%).
Wording about the company: 92 positive, 18 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 82.9%. The net framing score was 0.82 (defined in Methodology).
19 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 43.48% were Top 3 and 6.52% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, plushcare's mention count rose from 91 to 111, while its recommendation count rose from 68 to 92. The recommendation rate was 22.97% and 32.74% respectively.
plushcare appears in a substantial share of recorded answers and is recommended in most of those appearances, placing it fourth by recommendation count. Its wording is overwhelmingly positive or neutral, with negative framing rare. Placements lean toward shortlist positions rather than first place, so affirmative endorsement is more common than top billing.
Between the two recorded months, both its mention count and its recommendation count rose, and the recommendation rate was higher in the later sample. These are separate selected samples, so the comparison describes what was recorded without establishing why the change occurred or whether it reflects standing, quality or any intervention.
Lemonaid Health
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Lemonaid Health mentions, recommendations and placement?
Lemonaid Health ranks 5 by recommendation count. Mentions: 98 (34.88%); recommendations: 79 (28.11%). Top 3 placements: 28 (9.96%); first-place placements: 1 (0.36%).
Wording about the company: 79 positive, 19 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 80.6%. The net framing score was 0.81 (defined in Methodology).
19 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 35.44% were Top 3 and 1.27% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Lemonaid Health's mention count fell from 108 to 98, while its recommendation count fell from 90 to 79. The recommendation rate was 30.41% and 28.11% respectively.
Lemonaid Health shows a high recommendation-to-mention ratio alongside very few first-place placements, so its endorsements rarely sit at the top of an answer. Wording is overwhelmingly positive with no negative mentions recorded. Both mentions and recommendations were lower in the later recorded month, but the separate samples do not establish why.
BlueChew
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about BlueChew mentions, recommendations and placement?
BlueChew ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 68 (24.20%); recommendations: 33 (11.74%). Top 3 placements: 16 (5.69%); first-place placements: 2 (0.71%).
Wording about the company: 34 positive, 31 neutral, 3 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 48.5%. The net framing score was 0.46 (defined in Methodology).
35 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 48.48% were Top 3 and 6.06% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, BlueChew's mention count rose from 64 to 68, while its recommendation count fell from 38 to 33. The recommendation rate was 12.84% and 11.74% respectively.
BlueChew stands out for a low recommendation-to-mention ratio: many answers name it without an affirmative endorsement, and neutral wording is common. Its placements are a small subset of its mentions. Mentions rose slightly while recommendations fell across the recorded months, a contrast that should be read as recorded movement rather than decline in standing.
Rex MD
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Rex MD mentions, recommendations and placement?
Rex MD ranks 6 by recommendation count. Mentions: 51 (18.15%); recommendations: 33 (11.74%). Top 3 placements: 17 (6.05%); first-place placements: 1 (0.36%).
Wording about the company: 33 positive, 16 neutral, 2 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 64.7%. The net framing score was 0.61 (defined in Methodology).
18 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 51.52% were Top 3 and 3.03% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Rex MD's mention count rose from 43 to 51, while its recommendation count rose from 26 to 33. The recommendation rate was 8.78% and 11.74% respectively.
Rex MD shares a recommendation total with BlueChew but reaches fewer answers, giving it a higher recommendation-to-mention ratio. Its placements are mostly shortlist, with first-place appearances rare. Wording is largely positive with few negative mentions. Mentions and recommendations both rose between the recorded months, without evidence of what drove the change.
Blink Health
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Blink Health mentions, recommendations and placement?
Blink Health ranks 8 by recommendation count. Mentions: 20 (7.12%); recommendations: 20 (7.12%). Top 3 placements: 12 (4.27%); first-place placements: 5 (1.78%).
Wording about the company: 20 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 100.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).
0 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 60.00% were Top 3 and 25.00% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Blink Health's mention count stayed at 20, while its recommendation count rose from 15 to 20. The recommendation rate was 5.07% and 7.12% respectively.
Blink Health is a small-base profile: every recorded mention also carried a recommendation, and all wording was positive. That perfect ratio rests on a limited number of answers, so it should be read with caution rather than as a stable pattern. Mentions held steady while recommendations rose across the recorded months.
Optum
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Optum mentions, recommendations and placement?
Optum ranks 9 by recommendation count. Mentions: 22 (7.83%); recommendations: 17 (6.05%). Top 3 placements: 14 (4.98%); first-place placements: 7 (2.49%).
Wording about the company: 17 positive, 5 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 77.3%. The net framing score was 0.77 (defined in Methodology).
5 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 82.35% were Top 3 and 41.18% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, Optum's mention count rose from 13 to 22, while its recommendation count rose from 2 to 17. The recommendation rate was 0.68% and 6.05% respectively.
Optum appears in relatively few answers but is recommended in most of them, and its first-place placements form an unusually large share of its shortlist placements. That top-heavy profile rests on a sparse base. The recorded month-to-month comparison shows both mentions and recommendations higher, but the small totals limit how much weight that movement can bear.
K Health
Questions This Section Answers
- What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about K Health mentions, recommendations and placement?
K Health ranks 10 by recommendation count. Mentions: 17 (6.05%); recommendations: 15 (5.34%). Top 3 placements: 5 (1.78%); first-place placements: 1 (0.36%).
Wording about the company: 16 positive, 1 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 88.2%. The net framing score was 0.94 (defined in Methodology).
2 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 33.33% were Top 3 and 6.67% were first-place.
From October 2026 to November 2026, K Health's mention count rose from 9 to 17, while its recommendation count rose from 7 to 15. The recommendation rate was 2.36% and 5.34% respectively.
K Health has the smallest mention base in the tracked set, yet nearly all of those mentions carried a recommendation and almost all wording was positive. Its placements are few, with first-place appearances rare. Such strong ratios on a sparse base are fragile, and the recorded month-to-month rise does not establish a trend.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.
Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, so counts, rates and ranks are compared within their own answer totals rather than pooled. A changed count or rate shows what was recorded in that month's answers; it does not demonstrate improvement, lost standing or the effect of any intervention. Rank shifts between adjacent months should be read alongside the underlying counts.

What the November Rankings Show
These measures answer different questions. Reach asks whether a company appeared; recommendation asks whether the answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsement sat; framing asks how the wording read. A company can be present without being endorsed, endorsed without leading an answer, or described positively without being recommended. Reading the measures together describes the recorded answers, not customers, sales or company quality.
Methodology
Questions This Section Answers
- How were the November 2026 ED Treatment Pills AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?
This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.
The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.
Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.
The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.
Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.
Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):
Screening measure | Count |
|---|---|
Answers included in the benchmark | 281 |
Answers marked relevant during screening | 597 |
Answers marked reserved (screening label) | 316 |
Answers marked irrelevant during screening | 203 |
Captured answer observations | 800 |
Distinct questions | 622 |
Answer observations marked as mentioning a brand | 800 |
The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.
One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.
Monthly sample coverage:
Reporting month | Answers included | AI services covered | Services |
|---|---|---|---|
Oct 2026 | 296 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
Nov 2026 | 281 | 6 | ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity |
July 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. August 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. September 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison.
The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.
Coverage is partial: the findings describe the included answers, and the exact collection dates for the original answers are unverified. Each company counts at most once per answer, and one answer can cover several companies, so company totals overlap. Top 3 and first-place results sit inside recommendations. Ratios and framing scores describe answer wording, not customer behavior, satisfaction or company quality. Monthly samples differ, and comparisons do not establish why results changed.
