Answer capsule

The November 2026 Credit Repair benchmark compares 5 companies across 261 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Credit Saints leads with 42 recommendations (16.09% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 64 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count is not the same as how often a company appeared: a company can be mentioned frequently yet rarely endorsed. Ties in recommendation count would share a rank, so equal counts should not be read as a unique winner.

Mentions, recommendations, shortlist placements and first-place placements answer different questions. Placements are nested inside recommendations rather than additional wins, and recommendation rates use the full answer total as their base.

64 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 112, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only a minority recommended one. Because a single answer can endorse several companies, company-level recommendation counts sum to more than the number of answers containing a recommendation.

This overlap means coverage figures describe how often tracked companies appear across answers, not market share or dominance. Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison, so the gap is not evidence of an empty answer.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Credit Saints ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 63 (24.14%); recommendations: 42 (16.09%). Top 3 placements: 40 (15.33%); first-place placements: 37 (14.18%).

Wording about the company: 44 positive, 19 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 66.7%. The net framing score was 0.70 (defined in Methodology).

21 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 95.24% were Top 3 and 88.10% were first-place.

Credit Saints leads on recommendation count, but its mention total is smaller than several rivals, so reach and endorsement diverge. A high mention count with a low recommendation share indicates presence without affirmative backing in most answers.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio describes the recorded wording only. It is not a conversion measure, and a strong ratio on a modest base should be read with that base in mind.

Placement counts are subsets of recommendations, not separate victories. A company recommended in an answer may appear first, within the top three, or lower, and these positions describe ordering within the recorded response rather than consumer preference.

Ratios such as the share of recommendations that were first-place depend on a nonzero recommendation base. Where recommendations are few, those shares rest on sparse evidence and should be treated cautiously.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. It is not a measure of customer sentiment, reputation or company quality, and neutral wording neither helps nor harms a company's standing in these results.

The net framing score summarizes that wording balance. It does not explain why recommendations occurred or did not occur, and positive phrasing alone does not establish an endorsement.

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Credit Saints mentions, recommendations and placement?

From October 2026 to November 2026, Credit Saints' mention count fell from 83 to 63, while its recommendation count fell from 76 to 42. The recommendation rate was 50.00% and 16.09% respectively.

Credit Saints ranks first by recommendation count in this month's recorded answers. Mentions and recommendations both appear frequently, and the wording around the company is largely positive with no negative mentions recorded. Most recorded recommendations also carried a shortlist or first-place placement, so endorsement and prominent positioning often coincided in the same answers.

A substantial share of mentions carried no recorded recommendation, so appearance and endorsement are distinct measures here. The previous month's separate sample shows different counts and a different recommendation rate; that comparison is recorded evidence only and does not establish why the figures changed.

The Credit Pros

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about The Credit Pros mentions, recommendations and placement?

The Credit Pros ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 74 (28.35%); recommendations: 31 (11.88%). Top 3 placements: 21 (8.05%); first-place placements: 1 (0.38%).

Wording about the company: 35 positive, 37 neutral, 2 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 41.9%. The net framing score was 0.45 (defined in Methodology).

43 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 67.74% were Top 3 and 3.23% were first-place.

The Credit Pros records the second-highest recommendation count on a broad mention base, but its recommendation-to-mention ratio is moderate and first-place placements are rare. Wording is mostly positive or neutral, with few negative mentions.

Compared with the prior month, mentions rose while recommendations fell, and the recommendation rate declined. Because the monthly samples differ, the recorded shift does not establish why the rate changed.

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Lexington Law mentions, recommendations and placement?

Lexington Law ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 125 (47.89%); recommendations: 18 (6.90%). Top 3 placements: 11 (4.21%); first-place placements: 5 (1.92%).

Wording about the company: 25 positive, 89 neutral, 11 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 14.4%. The net framing score was 0.11 (defined in Methodology).

Lexington Law appears in more answers than any other tracked company, yet only a small fraction of those mentions carry an affirmative recommendation. Wording is overwhelmingly neutral, with some negative mentions recorded.

The recommendation rate fell relative to the prior month even as mentions rose. That comparison reflects separate monthly samples and does not show a cause for the change in endorsement.

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about CreditRepair.com mentions, recommendations and placement?

CreditRepair.com ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 79 (30.27%); recommendations: 11 (4.21%). Top 3 placements: 7 (2.68%); first-place placements: 2 (0.77%).

From October 2026 to November 2026, CreditRepair.com's mention count rose from 44 to 79, while its recommendation count fell from 18 to 11. The recommendation rate was 11.84% and 4.21% respectively.

CreditRepair.com is mentioned often but recommended rarely, and its framing includes more negative than positive mentions, giving it a near-neutral net score. First-place placements are uncommon within its small recommendation base.

Its recommendation rate declined from the prior month while mentions increased. The two months are separate samples, so the movement should be read as a recorded comparison rather than evidence of a cause.

Dovly records a modest recommendation count on a substantial mention base, but among its recommendations a large share are placed first. Its wording is positive or neutral with no negative mentions recorded.

Its recommendation rate fell sharply from the prior month while mentions rose. Because the samples differ, that shift describes the recorded results only and does not explain the decline.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The earlier snapshot comes from a separate monthly sample with a different number of included answers, so counts and rates are not directly equivalent across months. Rank changes between months should be read alongside those differing bases rather than as stable standing.

A changed count or rate does not demonstrate improvement, loss of position or the effect of any intervention. The comparison shows what was recorded, not why it changed.

What the November Rankings Show

These measures answer distinct questions. Mentions show how often a company appeared; recommendations show how often an answer affirmatively endorsed it; placements show where endorsements sat within an answer; and framing describes the surrounding wording. A company can be prominent in one and weak in another.

Reading them together avoids treating visibility as endorsement or endorsement as quality. The results describe the reviewed AI answers, not verified company facts, customer sentiment or commercial outcomes, and the differing monthly samples limit causal reading.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Credit Repair AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 5 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

July 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. August 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. September 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Coverage is partial: usable observations came from some question categories, and findings apply only to the included answer set. The reporting month labels the period, but exact collection dates were not verified.

Each company counts at most once per qualifying answer, and recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Rates use the full benchmark answer total, with placements nested inside recommendations. The recommendation-to-mention ratio and net framing describe answer wording, not customers, sales or company quality. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing cause.
