Answer capsule

The November 2026 Credit Help Services benchmark compares 7 companies across 165 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. Credit Saints leads with 78 recommendations (47.27% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 85 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count is not the same as appearing in an answer, and it is not the same as being placed near the top of a list. A company can be mentioned often yet recommended rarely, so the columns answer different questions.

Ties reflect equal recommendation counts, not shared wording or placement. Placement figures are nested inside recommendations rather than added to them, and framing describes wording rather than customer sentiment. Reading the columns separately avoids treating one number as a summary of the others.

85 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 227, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Every qualified answer mentioned at least one tracked company, but only about half recommended one. Because a single answer can recommend several companies, company-level recommendation counts exceed the number of answers containing a recommendation. That overlap is expected and does not indicate market dominance.

Answers without a tracked recommendation may still have named companies outside this comparison. Coverage therefore describes the recorded answer set, not the whole credit-help market or the full range of options an answer might present.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

Credit Saints ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 105 (63.64%); recommendations: 78 (47.27%). Top 3 placements: 68 (41.21%); first-place placements: 65 (39.39%).

Wording about the company: 83 positive, 22 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 74.3%. The net framing score was 0.79 (defined in Methodology).

27 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 87.18% were Top 3 and 83.33% were first-place.

Mention measures appearance in an answer; recommendation requires an affirmative endorsement. Credit Saints leads on recommendation count, and its mentions frequently carried a recommendation. That ratio describes the recorded answers only, not customer preference or conversion.

A high mention count with fewer recommendations shows that presence and endorsement diverge. Neither column establishes why an answer endorsed a company, and a tie in recommendation counts is a tie rather than a unique winner.

Placement describes where a recommended company sat within an answer's ordering. Top-three and first-place counts are subsets of recommendations, so they should not be summed with recommendation totals or read as separate wins. A company recommended often but rarely placed first differs from one recommended less often but placed first consistently.

Ordering reflects how the recorded answers were worded. It does not measure consumer choice, sales, or the quality of a company's services.

Framing classifies the wording surrounding each mention as positive, neutral or negative. It is not customer sentiment, reputation or a quality rating, and neutral wording is a recorded classification rather than an absence of information. Companies can be mentioned in largely neutral terms while still being recommended.

Framing differences do not explain why recommendations occurred or did not occur. They describe how the selected answers phrased their references, and the net framing score summarizes that wording on a defined scale.

Its mention count rose between the monthly samples while its recommendation count fell, and the recommendation rate was lower in the later sample. The samples differ, so the recorded comparison does not establish why mentions and recommendations moved in opposite directions.

Ovation Credit Services has a very small measured base: few mentions and fewer recommendations, with a single top-three placement and no first-place appearances. Its wording is split between positive and neutral, with no negative mentions. The recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on a sparse base and should be read with that qualification.

Its counts rose from zero in the earlier sample to small totals in the later one. That comparison reflects separate samples and does not establish a trend or a first-ever result.

It recorded a single top-three placement that was also a first-place appearance, so its placement counts are tiny and its recommendation-to-mention ratio rests on a sparse base.

Its mention count rose between the monthly samples while its recommendation count fell slightly. The samples differ, so the comparison does not establish why the counts moved as they did.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

The earlier and later snapshots come from separate monthly answer samples with different totals, so counts and rates should be read together rather than compared in isolation. A lower count can accompany a higher or lower rate depending on the sample, and neither establishes rank stability or equivalent sampling.

Rank positions are shown for context only. The comparisons describe how recorded results differed between the two samples; they do not establish why any company's counts or rates changed.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several distinct questions. Reach asks whether a company appeared in an answer; recommendation asks whether the answer affirmatively endorsed it; placement asks where an endorsed company sat in the ordering; framing asks how the wording was classified. A company can be strong on one and weak on another, which is why the leaderboard alone does not summarize a profile.

Recommendation-to-mention ratios describe the recorded answers, not customers, sales or conversion, and framing is not customer sentiment or company quality. The monthly comparison involves separate samples, so changes in counts or rates are recorded observations rather than evidence of improvement, loss of standing or causation.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Credit Help Services AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 7 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.

July 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. August 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison. September 2026 measured a different set of companies, so it is excluded from this comparison.

The answer samples differ between months. These comparisons show how the recorded results changed; they do not establish why they changed.

Coverage is partial: the benchmark draws on the question categories that produced usable observations, and findings apply to the available answer set. The reporting month labels the period, but the exact collection dates of the original AI answers have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once per qualifying answer, and a recommendation requires both affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Top-three and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them. Rates use the full benchmark answer total, and one answer can mention or recommend several companies, so company totals overlap.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio describes answer wording, not customer conversion, and net framing does not measure satisfaction or company quality. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies. Monthly samples differ, so comparisons show recorded change without establishing its cause.
