Answer capsule

The November 2026 Enterprise SEO Marketing Agencies benchmark compares 10 companies across 470 AI answers that met its inclusion rules. WebFX leads with 333 recommendations (70.85% of answers). At least one tracked company was recommended in 453 answers; some answers recommended several companies.

The rankings distinguish being mentioned from receiving an affirmative recommendation, then examine placement and the wording used about each company. Earlier monthly results show how counts and rates changed, with each month using its own answer total. These results describe the answers reviewed, not product quality or customer satisfaction. Differences between monthly samples limit comparisons and do not establish why a result changed.

The leaderboard orders companies by how many recorded answers affirmatively recommended them. That count answers a narrower question than reach: a company can appear in many answers without being endorsed in all of them, so mention totals and recommendation totals diverge.

Ties matter because equal recommendation counts share a rank position; ordering by a secondary measure would imply a distinction the evidence does not support. Placement figures are nested inside recommendations, so first-place and shortlist counts describe where endorsements landed rather than adding separate wins.

453 distinct answers recommended at least one tracked company. Counting each company recommendation separately gives 1177, because an answer can recommend several companies. Answers with no tracked recommendation may still have recommended companies outside this comparison.

Nearly every qualified answer named at least one tracked company, and most named several. This is overlap, not dominance: one answer can carry multiple companies, so company totals exceed the number of answers and cannot be summed into a market share.

A small set of answers recommended no tracked company, which may reflect companies outside this comparison. Coverage therefore describes how often the tracked set appeared together in the same answers, not how much of the market any single company holds.

Reach and affirmative recommendation

WebFX ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 345 (73.40%); recommendations: 333 (70.85%). Top 3 placements: 256 (54.47%); first-place placements: 175 (37.23%).

Wording about the company: 335 positive, 9 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 96.5%. The net framing score was 0.97 (defined in Methodology).

12 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.88% were Top 3 and 52.55% were first-place.

Mention records that a company appeared; recommendation records an affirmative endorsement. WebFX leads on recommendation count, but its mention total is slightly higher, meaning a small number of appearances carried no endorsement.

Reading reach alone would overstate endorsement, and reading recommendation alone would hide how often the company was discussed without being backed. The two measures answer different questions and should be reported side by side rather than merged.

Placement describes where within a recommendation a company was listed. Shortlist and first-place counts are subsets of recommendations, not additional endorsements, so they should never be added to recommendation totals.

Ratios such as the share of recommendations that were first-place depend on a nonzero base; where recommendations are few, a strong ratio rests on a sparse foundation and warrants caution. Placement reflects answer ordering, not customer preference or conversion.

Framing classifies the wording used around a company in the selected answers. Positive wording dominates across the tracked set, with neutral mentions forming a small remainder and negative wording rare.

Framing is not customer sentiment, reputation or a quality judgment, and it does not explain why a company was or was not recommended. A favorable tone in an answer is a description of that answer's language, not evidence about the company's actual performance.

Company results in detail

WebFX

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about WebFX mentions, recommendations and placement?

WebFX ranks 1 by recommendation count. Mentions: 345 (73.40%); recommendations: 333 (70.85%). Top 3 placements: 256 (54.47%); first-place placements: 175 (37.23%).

Wording about the company: 335 positive, 9 neutral, 1 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 96.5%. The net framing score was 0.97 (defined in Methodology).

12 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 76.88% were Top 3 and 52.55% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, WebFX's mention count fell from 361 to 345, while its recommendation count fell from 345 to 333. The recommendation rate was 71.88% and 70.85% respectively.

WebFX holds the top recommendation count and the broadest reach in the tracked set, with most appearances also carrying an endorsement. Its placements skew toward the front of recommendations, and its wording is overwhelmingly positive with a single negative mention.

Compared with the prior month, both mentions and recommendations declined, and the recommendation rate eased slightly. These are recorded changes in separate samples; they do not establish why the movement occurred.

Directive

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Directive mentions, recommendations and placement?

Directive ranks 2 by recommendation count. Mentions: 194 (41.28%); recommendations: 189 (40.21%). Top 3 placements: 106 (22.55%); first-place placements: 32 (6.81%).

Wording about the company: 190 positive, 4 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 97.4%. The net framing score was 0.98 (defined in Methodology).

5 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 56.08% were Top 3 and 16.93% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Directive's mention count rose from 119 to 194, while its recommendation count rose from 113 to 189. The recommendation rate was 23.54% and 40.21% respectively.

Directive ranks second on recommendation count, and almost every mention also carried an endorsement. Its placements are more often shortlist than first-place, so its recommendation strength rests on mid-order presence rather than top positioning.

Both mentions and recommendations rose sharply from the prior month, and the recommendation rate climbed alongside them. The comparison is between separate monthly samples and does not identify a cause for the shift.

Searchbloom

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Searchbloom mentions, recommendations and placement?

Searchbloom ranks 3 by recommendation count. Mentions: 188 (40.00%); recommendations: 172 (36.60%). Top 3 placements: 86 (18.30%); first-place placements: 16 (3.40%).

Wording about the company: 172 positive, 16 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 91.5%. The net framing score was 0.91 (defined in Methodology).

16 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 50.00% were Top 3 and 9.30% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Searchbloom's mention count fell from 228 to 188, while its recommendation count fell from 221 to 172. The recommendation rate was 46.04% and 36.60% respectively.

Searchbloom ranks third, with a recommendation-to-mention ratio below most peers, meaning a larger share of its appearances carried no endorsement. Neutral wording is more common here than for several companies above it, and first-place placements are comparatively rare.

Mentions, recommendations and the recommendation rate all fell from the prior month. The recorded decline is a comparison across separate samples, not evidence about why the change happened.

Siege Media

Questions This Section Answers

  • What do the November 2026 AI answer results show about Siege Media mentions, recommendations and placement?

Siege Media ranks 4 by recommendation count. Mentions: 152 (32.34%); recommendations: 149 (31.70%). Top 3 placements: 77 (16.38%); first-place placements: 18 (3.83%).

Wording about the company: 152 positive, 0 neutral, 0 negative mentions. The proportion of mentions that also included a recommendation was 98.0%. The net framing score was 1.00 (defined in Methodology).

3 mentions had no recorded recommendation. Of recorded recommendations, 51.68% were Top 3 and 12.08% were first-place.

From October 2026 to November 2026, Siege Media's mention count rose from 119 to 152, while its recommendation count rose from 113 to 149. The recommendation rate was 23.54% and 31.70% respectively.

Siege Media pairs a high recommendation-to-mention ratio with entirely positive wording and no neutral or negative mentions in the selected answers. Its placements lean toward the shortlist rather than first place, so its endorsements cluster in the middle of recommendations.

Both mentions and recommendations increased from the prior month, and the recommendation rate rose with them. The movement is a recorded comparison between separate samples and does not demonstrate a cause.

Omniscient Digital sits in the middle of the leaderboard, with most of its mentions also endorsed and a modest share of first-place placements. Its wording is largely positive, with a small neutral remainder and no negative mentions.

Mentions, recommendations and the recommendation rate all rose from the prior month. Because the monthly samples differ, the increase describes the recorded results rather than establishing an improvement in standing.

Only months with verified results are shown. Monthly sample coverage is listed in Methodology.

Each month is a separate sample of AI answers, so counts, rates and ranks are compared across differing answer totals rather than a fixed panel. A higher or lower count in one month does not by itself show a change in standing.

The monthly table shows how recorded results moved over time; it does not establish why any company's counts or rates rose or fell, and rank positions should be read alongside the underlying counts and rates.

What the November Rankings Show

The November results answer several distinct questions. Reach asks how often a company appeared in the reviewed answers; recommendation asks how often that appearance carried an affirmative endorsement; placement asks where within a recommendation the company was listed; and framing asks how the surrounding wording was classified.

These measures are nested and overlapping rather than additive. A company can be widely mentioned but less often endorsed, or endorsed frequently but rarely placed first. Framing describes wording in the answers, not customer sentiment or company quality, and it does not establish why an endorsement occurred. The leaderboard orders by recommendation count, so it should be read with the mention, placement and framing figures beside it. Monthly comparisons involve separate samples, and the recorded changes do not demonstrate causation or improvement.

Methodology

Questions This Section Answers

  • How were the November 2026 Enterprise SEO Marketing Agencies AI visibility measures counted, and what do they not establish?

This benchmark has partial coverage: 3 of 3 planned question categories contributed usable observations; 0 contributed none. This describes question-category coverage, not demonstrated platform outages. Findings apply to the available answer set.

The month in the title is the reporting period. The exact dates when the original AI answers were collected have not been verified.

Each company is counted at most once in each answer that meets the benchmark rules. A recommendation requires both an affirmative endorsement and positive wording. Mention, recommendation, Top 3 and first-place rates use the full benchmark answer total. Top 3 and first-place results are included within recommendations, not added to them.

The recommendation-to-mention ratio divides recommendations by mentions. It describes AI answer wording, not customer conversion. Net framing is positive minus negative mentions, divided by all mentions, on a scale from -1 to +1. It does not measure customer satisfaction or company quality.

Market: US; 10 tracked companies. AI services represented: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Research screening totals (answer observations can include repeated questions):

The source does not provide a reader-facing definition of “reserved”; that screening label is reported without inferring a reason for exclusion. Only the included benchmark answers form the rate denominator.

One answer can mention or recommend several companies. Adding company totals would therefore count some answers more than once. The results describe the AI answers reviewed, not independently verified facts about the companies or their products.
